We were able to make reservations for restaurants, excursions and so much more, four months before anyone else. You get to board your cruise before anyone else. There is a lounge area for Concierge members to wait before getting on the ship. The Concierge team introduces themselves while you wait. Boarding was a breeze. They had drinks there waiting for you. After we boarded the ship a special lunch was at 1923 just for us. While the other passengers got food at Marceline Market top deck. Our room was ready before 1230 PM while the others were ready after 130PM of longer. The service was amazing. Everything was so easy. They have a Concierge lounge on the ship which is on deck 12. It has a bar area and a kitchen area with daily food and drinks. They have 3 coffee and hot chocolate machines. There is food in the back for you to take and a menu that changes everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner time. You can ask them to get you almost anything you want even if it is not on a menu. If the ship makes it you probably can have them bring it to you. I ordered corned beef hash and eggs. They brought it to my table straight away. It was great. Another great service is the concierge desk in the lounge. You don't have to wait in line at costumer service up front of the ship. They have a dedicated concierge to help you with bookings and anything you want to do while on the cruise. At the shows we got into the venue before anyone else and sat anywhere we wanted . Along with popcorn and water they gave us for free. Also every night we had an open bar from 5 to 10 . All high end liquor. Concierge level is worth the extra money for us. It made the cruise such an amazing time. We love it and will do it again on the next one. The Concierge team was the best ever. Plus I couldn't believe that every Concierge knew my name. Crazy.
