I never heard of WaWa before they opened here. I couldn't figure out why people were so excited. Now I understand. Their food is great. I enjoy their breakfast bowls which you can customize. It always has been very clean and busy. Things are set up easy to self-serve. I'm not too keen on their pizza, but the made-to-order stuff is always good. This is my go-to place for leaded gas for the mower. The next closest spot is near Kelly Park and those gas tanks are very old. Here, I know they were installed not long ago, brand new. Be particularly situationally aware at night as there have been the need for arrests, overdoses have taken place, and loud people, angry at invisible entities and the usual visible customers. I love Wawa! They have great food, great drinks, and they are open 24/7. You can even get great prices on gas here. They have ample gas pumps and they have ample tire air machines. They have clean restrooms and they have enough cash registers attended. Wawa is now my new favorite gas station in Florida read more

Consistently clean, friendly associates, quick service, and a little of most things you'd want at unusual hours.

As we were driving around this area, I decided to stop at Wawa for a snack...I love these chocolate covered mangoes. The inside of the store was nice, clean and well set up, but the outside was a bit sketchy. Several homeless people were just hanging out the area and I can image how that would make someone like a young female, traveling alone, a bit uneasy. Breakfast is quite overpriced and the order was not correct. $6-7 for a breakfast croissant even if you don't add a protein. Ordered cheese on both and one came without cheese. Pretty absurd to pay $7 for a breakfast croissant with no cheese! You can get pretty much an identical sandwich from Dunkin WITH hash browns AND a coffee for $6, so I won't be doing this again. This particular Wawa is located on the corner of S.R. 520 and Fiske Boulevard. I am a huge fan of Wawa, both for their gas and for their sandwiches. They make a decent sub, which they call Hoagies, especially when you consider the fact that it is from a gas station. Be advised that I do not think this is the best part of town. It is a few miles off of Interstate 95 and again, it just did not seem like a good part of town. However, this is a fine place to fill up your car and maybe get something to fill up your stomach while you are there. All in all, I would definitely recommend this particular Wawa. read more

Stopped in for gas. The gas pumps were pumping gas extremely SLOW. It was horrible. Felt like I stood there for 30 minutes just to get $25 worth of gasoline A friend of mine went inside to purchase some snacks and she said the lines were very long, so another words you didn't have enough help inside to take care of the customers get it together. Wawa get it together. You were good in the beginning all over no matter where I go. You seem to be slacking.!! read more

Clean bathroom but it's a self checkout store and was hard to navigate for first timers.

I've had good experiences ordering food at this location. It does appear to be decently managed and security tries to address the criminal element. That being said, the location is simply not safe. The first few times I noticed panhandlers, I thought they were harmless enough. Now I realize some of these characters are trying to distract kind-hearted customers in order to pick-pocket them. A lot of drunk drivers frequent this location, so you really have to watch out when you drive into and exit out of the parking lot. read more

Stopped here for some juice... Twice. Supercharger juice for the car. Noticed homeless types of people walking around the parked Teslas over and over. Apparently the chargers are right next to a bus stop that seems to attract homeless folks (God bless 'em). Went to the front to see several homeless types sitting around the tables for customers, I get it since it's very hot outside. The amount of trash on the ground right outside the doors was astounding, literally a huge bag of trash to step over to get inside :( Lots of shady characters zooming in and out of the parking lot. Went in to buy some 2 liters of soda and stood in a line of several people, but there were two cashiers so no worries right? Out of the blue, cashier number two with a line of five customers just walks away with all of us looking around as to why :( Confused...I attempted to use self checkout #1 and it did not work per a customer ahead of me. I used self checkout #2 efficient enough, walked outside gave an old homeless dude a cold Arizona iced tea (I was worried since he looked dehydrated), then returned to the supercharger stations. It's the only supercharger somewhat near Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral so I had no choice. One more note about the chargers: Half of them are directly across from OTHER vehicles trying to back out...so it's likely you may be backed into by another vehicle leaving. Also there was a non-Tesla parked in stall #1 for at least a full hour. I will go out of my way not to return here since it doesn't feel safe unfortunately :( read more

We ordered sandwiches and for some reason, our app thought we were in VA and didn't notice the order went to the wrong store! The staff here noticed we were waiting, and checked their orders and didn't have one for us. After we figured out what happened, the manager took care of us. We had been traveling for 2 days, so this really made our day. Great staff and management here. read more

As a big Wawa fan, I can tell you this location sucks and is mismanaged. They don't allow customers to grab a soda cup and fill it up...you have to stand in a huge line to buy the cup first and THEN they let you fill it up. Far as I know, no other Wawa on planet earth does that. I get that it isn't the best area crime-wise, but you can't think of a better process that doesn't insult your customers and waste their time? I guess we all have to be inconvenienced because of a few bad apples. Not to mention, the lines here are huge because they never have more than one cashier. On my last visit I actually had to put my items back because I didn't have 20 free minutes to wait around for a Slim Jim. We stopped here on our road trip for bathroom breaks and to grab a snack. This wawa was a disaster! The staff was amazing and the products were as well. The customers though, were pigs and slobs. There was no soap in the ladies room. Of course, some selfish person was siting in the handicapped stall bsing on the phone. Not sure if she used the toilet but she didn't wash her hands. The employees that were busy behind the counter were nice enough to refill the soap for me. I wanted something small to eat since we were going to have a big dinner and happy hour bites at out bed & breakfast. I grabbed a turkey sandwich and some packets of mayo. The turkey was good and the bread was fresh and tasty as well. The container it was in was next to impossible to open though lol. There were people littering and leaving trash everywhere. They were trash too. The staff at Wawas are always great and the trashy customers did not deter that. I know I probably will not stop at this one again. The 2 girls behind the counter making hot food, were 2 of the most disrespectful, non professional people I have ever encountered!!!!!! I have been in customer service for 24 years. Even if I am personally having a bad day I don't take it out on customers. I was doing door dash. I could see they were busy. They were 10 minutes past when the food should have been ready. I tried saying "ma'am " a few times, 1 looked at me , then straight up ignored me. again, "excuse me ma'am, I know you guys are busy but could you give me a round about eta of when the food would be ready" she proceeds to tell me when it's ready and that she was busy..... I was just in awe of how rude that was. There were multiple ways of handling that without being disrespectful. To me it seemed she hates her job. The security guard that works nights and tonight was Monday (technically Tuesday morning as it was 1:30 a.m.) is always so nice, polite, sweet and extremely attentive!!! She is a major asset to your company. Very warm and thoughtful. I'd recommend a raise for her. She has gone above and beyond for me in the past. But the 2 behind the hot food counter should really have more training on customer service and how to talk to customers. I'm originally from the philly south jersey metro Area.I moved here to Cocoa 2 years ago. This location has been open for 1 year now.its great because I'm able to get my philly staples Hoagies,pretzels,Tastykakes(not as good as before) but fair. THE PROBLEM IS: All of the low life people loitering around the place,shit-stains cutting in line, causing conflict Sometimes I want to go get a hoagie late at nite but I won't because I don't want to risk shooting someone in self defense in a possible life threatening sitution. PLEASE WAWA GET ARMED SECURITY!!! There's ALOT of potential to do well here in this area.Because of this breach of security,I find myself going to publix for a sub before 10pm. Wow watch out for the cashiers at Wawa, there's a lot of hostility towards people of a particular shade. I asked the lady why all the styrofoam cups were behind the register, she replied "blacks were taking advantage of the system" "why they would build this here, I do not know". If you don't like to be around people then don't work a customer service position. Very simple concept. read more

The the older black lady working that is making the drink orders today at 3pm is no good. Not only was she slow, she kept putting the wrong order numbers on drinks. And not top of that she had very bad attitude towards KIND customers. She was rude to a customer because SHE messed up the order. She asked one of her co workers for help. thank god because she actually knew what she was doing. Definitely needs more training or to be replaced. read more

Stopped by at 1:30 for sandwiches. In the 15 min we were there, 4 different groups of people walked in with no masks. Talked to staff, no help. The bread on their hot sandwiches are amazing. Great food. The staff doesn't really interact with you much but the food is so awesome it didn't really matter to me. 5/5 this sandwich is great. read more
