I love this Publix. They always have highest quality fresh and tasty food. They have fantastic fresh deli subs and they use fresh from their bakery sub rolls for those tasty deli subs. And the deli here has many delicious sliced meats and cheese. The meat department here also has phenomenal cuts of meats. My family and I love the fresh steaks at Publix. One thing I want to mention is that we did grab a premade meat loaf from the prepared meals section, and the meatloaf was so salty that we couldn't even eat it, and we had to throw the entire meatloaf away. That being said, this type of thing truly happens so rarely that I still must say that Publix is my all time favorite grocery store chain in the entire United States that I've found. They are just hands down the highest quality grocery store. The Ambiance in Publix is always wonderful. "Where shopping is a pleasure" is absolutely the truth. Publix store are spotless and exceptionally clean and they truly go above and beyond to make your shopping experience a pleasure. Publix has the very best service and the best team of associates. The deli is just sad made a online order it was to be ready at 230 we got there at 235 still wasn't ready shopped around a bit stood and waited while I watched 3 workers doing nothing no sub line at all and one women making chicken tenders one women making a man's sub that took her 15 minutes to do needless to say it was 310 and we ordered online to Rockledge it was ready as soon as we arrived that was the 3rd time that's happened or they will have one sandwich ready the other not its ridiculous at this point do better please!!!or get better workers for Sundays if I could put 0 stars I would read more

Do not go to the deli. Took Tyler 20 minutes to make one sub sandwich and I'm not exaggerating.

Delis is Horrible, ordered a wrap online and it was not ready at my pickup time and they were over 30 minutes behind on their orders. Ended up spending way more because I have food allergies and not many to go options. Publix is quickly loosing me as a customer between their prices surging and other services going down the drain. read more

The store is OK but the pharmacy is pretty bad. You can't get anyone to answer the phone. We pulled all my wife's prescriptions this month because they can't fill her prescriptions on time or even the next morning so she goes into withdrawals every stinking month. They know the time release pills ran out the day before and they don't care, doing their damn job in the AM is just too inconvenient for them. So she has to suffer? Nuh, uh, see ya. That's a couple less visits to your store, idiots, and if I don't have to go anyways there's better deals half a mile away. And a better (real) pharmacy across the street. read more

The one thing that differs all Publix's from one another is their deli department. Today is Super Bowl Sunday and I waited 35 minutes in a sub line with only one person in front of me. They had one extremely elderly woman working the entire deli department, while the rest of the employees were nowhere to be seen or they were ignoring the cusomers completeing the online orders. Absolute worst experience I have ever had. when I walked to the front to express my concerns to one of the fellow employees, he made a disgusting face and said "we are hiring". if I had gotten his name, I would've written it down on this review, but I would never recommend going to this Publix unless you are making an online order. You have no priority as an individual at this Publix. read more

Best staff I've ever dealt with! Publix staff is polite, professional and helpful over and beyond what you find in other stores. They're amazing and kind. I never hesitate to ask a question because I know they will know, and if they don't, they will find out! They help me when I check out (I'm disabled) so the help to empty my cart is always a welcome relief. The store is clean and new looking. I love my twofer deals and all the sales. to start, i went to the deli section and got a sub, as did the rest of my family. i got my sub and it was absolutely delicious! the ladies making them were very nice. the only few problems we came across is that they don't heat the subs unless you ask them to, so if you want it hot make sure to ask. but the main thing that was really disappointing was the pepperoni on one of the subs. when they cut it they didn't take off the plastic wrapping so they served it sliced with plastic on the edges. besides that, great! read more

What a great place to go. Every single employee in that building does above and beyond to make sure your experience was not only enjoyable (as we all know grocery shopping is not always enjoyable). One time they were out of my favorite pickles that cannot be purchased anywhere else. The manager went out of her way to make sure that they are always in stock. The inventory counts were off. In 5 years they have never been out of stock.! The lady still remembers me, I love this place! read more

I'll start with positives because it really is a pleasure to shop at Publix. We know that the slightly higher prices are for the experience. I likes this Publix because it has a seating area near the sandwich counter which was a nice addition. I purchased some snacks before heading to the beach including a jerk turkey sandwich ( yum) and a bowl of fruit. Got to the beach and popped open my fruit. I ate a few pieces on the top and closer to the bottom then was a giant hair... I know it happens, but it was very disappointing. I returned later and told them what happened. They refunded my money right away, no questions. I'm happy that the situation was so easily resolved but I was still a little upset that I couldn't have my fruit because... GROSS! read more

Had went to the deli section after 830p. They were in the process of cleaning up and had put all of the fried chicken away. But the nice young ladies behind the counter were so nice and they still got me some of their famous chicken strips. I tell ya, God is good, and publix fried chicken is good...Thank God for chicken! !! read more

Visiting from Houston for the week and visited Publix for the first time earlier this week and again, today, on Sunday. Shira, in the Deli department is an all star.
