I saw Dr. Vazquez for my lip injections and Botox at Brevard Medi Spa. This was my first time getting injections -- I was nervous and for no reason! I was shocked at how painless and easy it was. Dr. Vasquez made me feel so comfortable and at ease. He answered all my questions, took his time and made sure I left with the results I wanted. Dr. Vasquez created the natural, proportional and believable pout I asked for--I'm obsessed and getting so many compliments! I previously saw Dr. Vazquez for my melasma/ hyperpigmentation on my forehead and sun spots. I used some of his what I refer to as "miracle cream" for 3 months and it is completely gone! The spa itself is clean and fresh feeling. The owner, Paula, was so accommodating and helpful scheduling my appointment. I just moved to Florida, I was looking for injections, and I was referred to Dr. Vazquez, Wow wonderful atmosphere and nicest people! I live up the street from the location. I called and I receive a general voice mail (the kind I have on my personal phone) I called again to make sure I had the right place. I then called and someone answered "hello" hmmm?? She said her name was Paula and she was in Miami. She then started trying selling me on the board certified plastic surgeon she works with at the spa and he wouldn't be in till February 2nd. I was calling for a little botex! Absolutely the worst possible experience ever. It was my first time ever visit to a med spa to remedy lines in between my eyebrows. I went to a local business and received anything but a pleasant experience. I was already self conscious and they made me feel terrible about my appearance .. I can't believe they would do that to a customer who came in for help I paid $495.00 for Botox and was looking forward to seeing a difference. I was told that they guaranteed it and I left with no visible change but was told it could take up to 2 weeks to see the results.. I also discussed my volume loss in my cheeks and the Dr. suggested that we do a fat transfer by doing liposuction. I am very thin that suggestion concerned me because, he went on to tell me he would have to take it from multiple places since I have very little fat. His wife pushed me to schedule this surgery which would be major and involve many areas of my body.. That evening I thought something was wrong as I was still able to move the area and it didn't seem to be working. The next day I called and spoke with his wife who told me I should give it time., I called again a week later and after telling them the area is not isolated I insisted on an appointment to come back in as I paid almost $500.00. This time I was accompanied by my husband after telling them I was not happy with nothing to show for $495.00 they insisted my lines were deep and would require more Botox. I reminded them they ( guaranteed ) it would work or they said they would do more. They convinced us that sometimes patients need more and insisted on another $295.00 to do what they said they would do free if the area needed more. Then they tell us that it's unlikely the lines will ever disappear and even with a filler after Botox. I was told I could have a surgery to stretch my forehead. He them told us about the fat transfer and once again tried to convince my husband and I why I needed liposuction to do this. I left crying and feeling so badly about myself. It was bad enough to see no results in my first experience at a med spa but then the Dr. makes me feel there is something wrong with me. Another $295.00 and no visible results. Once again the area and muscles were not isolated and now I have spent almost $800.00 for that area . Many calls to the med spa to Dr, Vasquez's and his wife who gave me excuses . Now on the phone they were recommending a surgery to stretch the forehead after I paid almost $800.00. They stopped taking my calls which left me with texting between his wife, my husband, and I . We reminded them they guaranteed fit would work or they would do more at no charge the first time and again the second time where we paid more. They kept giving us excuses why they couldn't get me in for an appointment They told me that they never met a woman who needed so much Botox in one area. They made me feel like there was something wrong with me she didn't care that my self image which was so poor when I went to them was even worse now . After not getting anywhere I set up a few appointments with different surgeons for opinions .my husband and I were told that liposuction would be a awful option none of the three Doctors we got opinions at would do it. I'm very thin and fat transfers don't always stay they disappear the body can reabsorb fast. None of them agreed this was an option and all refused to do it. They were all shocked that I was given to paperwork that stated how much Botox was administered to the area only a paper with the amounts that were charged to my card on company letterhead. I asked that office several times how much Botox was used they refused to give me something that stated it but told me all together 60 units. All three doctors said they highly doubt that was possible and didn't believe it . I could never get these scam artists to make good on this with me. They robbed me of almost $800.00 and i had nothing to show for it . I finally trusted in another Doctor who insisted he doesn't believe Botox doesn't work for me and thought the so called Dr and board certified surgeon I saw at Brevard Med Spa was completely dishonest. I was so afraid to trust him but so glad I did. After only 20 units to the area the muscles were isolated that evening I couldn't move them. Two weeks later I returned for a small amount of filler and wow lines completely gone . I was so happy and it didn't require stretching my Forehead or a serious surgery . Sadly I was scammed and told either the Botox used was expired or ( saline ) . This was the opinion of 3 surgeons who own businesses locally who practice there everyday not a few times a month. Dr Vasquez and his wife don't tell you they work out of Miami and only come to for a Friday and sometimes Saturday once twice a month . This was the reason I was given they couldn't work me in. I've been going to the Medispa for about a year. Dr. V is amazing and honest. Paula is over the top accommodating sweet and makes you feel like family. Hella does a wonderful job with facials. Everyone is welcoming you never feel rushed. I get monthly facials, Botox and fillers when needed, and recently went to Miami's surgical center for a procedure. Both offices the staff is wonderful not to mention Dr. V's exceptional work. I travel all over the world and have been to several spas and no one can compare. Christine delivered exceptional service at a great price. I have very sensitive skin with odd skin allergies to boot; Christine was able to customize a treatment that left my skin happy and smooth - all at a lower price than the services I originally scheduled. She did a thorough intake and even recommended OTC products to use. The spa is beautiful and sparkling clean. There is a tip jar to leave gratuity in the room discreetly following your treatment. They offer complimentary coffee as well. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable. I highly recommend this place and I plan to book more appointments with Christine when I am next in town. read more

Christine is very knowledgeable about skin care, and really cares about her clients. Her facials are fantastic. She is a true aesthetician.
