They do excellent service. I use Jessie. You get a quick neck massage while nails are soaking. My favorite place for nails and pedicure.

I went in to get my nails done on November 25th. I got a very simple acrylic set for my nails. (NO designs, almond/circular shape, ONE color) I had two different techs, which isn't an issue to me, but the first tech did not trim my natural and long nails before putting on my acrylics until I stopped him and asked him. Not huge deal, but a bit annoying. I got a new tech after this, they traded out for whatever reason, and finished my nails with this tech. I don't remember his name, but it started with an A (Addey I believe). It took him over an hour to finish my set, with no designs or anything nor did I ask him for any corrections/refiling/etc. Now I go to pay, it was $60, $50 for the set and $10 for the almond shape. I pay, the payment kiosk asks what tip amount I would like to leave, I press decline, not thinking much of it as tipping is NOT a requirement, it is a courtesy. As my receipt is printing, my tech asks me "so are you paying the tip in cash?" I said that I was not, that I passed on the kiosk. He proceeded to VERBALLY get angry with me asking why I was not leaving a tip. He asked what was wrong with the nails and I said nothing, it's just that I don't always tip. (I tip when I do designs, or get extra service. This was not a situation as such.) He began to raise his voice at me saying that he spent over an hour on my nails and that it was selfish for me to not leave a tip. I was speechless, he was yelling at me in front of another customer and the entire shop. Since I had already paid, I began to walk out, and he berated me as I walked out the door telling me to never come back again. Mind you, I will never come back again. I have never been treated as such in any nail salon establishment I have been to in my life. I am a teacher, I am not rich, I just wanted to get some SIMPLE nails before visiting my mom for Thanksgiving. Instead I was publicly humiliated and berated by a tech with yelling in his own shop. I would not recommend this place at all. The service was mediocre at best, the experience far less so. read more

The staff at this location are amazing!! They really take care of you in more of a "spa-tastic" way as opposed to just a quickie mail shop. The products they use are top notch and they truly take their time. My manicure stated the entire two weeks and I'm looking forward to my mani/pedi this week!! read more

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! I had booked an appointment to get a french gel pedicure and asked before hand if the guy Addy was capable of doing french gel toe nails. I showed him picture and he confirmed that he could do it. when he was applying the french white gel polish I expressed that I did not like it and he immediately got aggressive with me. He then proceeded to tell me that he can't do what we'd agreed to at the beginning and argued with me. I asked if he could try it again or have one of his coworkers do it but he completely gave up. Then he told me I need leave but started to try and give me a regular pedicure instead. When I told him that I didn't want that because it isn't what I came here for he flipped out. He took off all the gel polish that he had put on and then threw my arm rest up and told me to get out. I got up to leave and he started arguing again standing in front me of blocking me from leaving after he screamed at me to get out....adding in that my hair looks bad and I told him that he just wasn't qualified to provide the service that I had requested that we had agreed on and it's embarrassing for a grown man to act this way trying to insult me because he's upset now I didn't pay and walked out while he continued slamming things around in the salon. I would not go here and I plan to tell everyone to stay far away. Screaming in a customers face after not being able to provide a service and still expecting a customer to pay is crazy! This is why so many people go to private independent places! read more

Came here after I got a mailer on my car. I would've never seen this place had they not done that. Super glad I came here. Prices are pretty on par with the area and salon was very clean. They also have pics on their IG @bubblenails_spa of designs that I believe are normally done by Chloe. I had Jessie. She was super nice and paid attention to detail. I got my toes done and my service was great but my friend came with me and had a terrible experience. The man (Addy) doing her nails had said he could give her the style she wanted for her gel pedicure but was unable to do it correctly. When she asked him to fix it he said that it's not what they do there and he can't. He also wouldn't get someone else to try instead. He took off all of her polish after arguing with her and I could tell that he was being rougher with her after his arguing. Then he tried to put lotion on her legs and tried to start a regular pedicure instead. She said that she didn't want that because it's not what she came in here for so he aggressively wiped it off and threw her armrest up and told her to get out. When she got up he told her that her hair looked bad and she told him that he's very unprofessional and unqualified, as she should. He still tried to make her pay even though you can't tell that she even got anything done and she said she wouldn't. He got more pissed and she left. The guy that did my nails repeatedly said he was so sorry and I told him that I wanted to cut mine short so that I can leave with her. I also no longer felt comfortable with Addy being there because of his behavior. I came here before and got my nails done and it was amazing but I'm not coming back again because the way Addy treated my friend is unacceptable. read more

Don't try to "walk in" this place. Drove all the way to Viera but they asked me to "come back later". I wanted to try them since reviews were okay and almost all nail places take walk ins and go out of their way to keep you in the door. They didn't so I left. My time is precious as well. This Salon takes advantage of younger girls coming in to have their nails done. They overcharged them, lied to me and tried to bully me to remove negative reviews. They massaged my teenage daughter after being told not to touch her shoulders the man told her "ohh no I will massage you and it will feel good" she asked again for him to stop and he still refused to stop. My daughter was very uncomfortable. They also said to pay in cash was an extra $5.00, the charged a gratuity on their own. I spoke to a lady on the phone the day of service and she told me that she was the manager, now today several weeks later I receive a phone call from a different lady saying that she is the manager of the salon and tried to bully me into removing negative google reviews. They have refused to acknowledge that they have lied, handled things inappropriately and have done nothing to try to make this right. read more

I paid $59 for a "spa pedicure". When I arrived the place was empty except for one customer. The floors and bathroom were dirty. The prices are higher for less included than other nail places in the area. A few lowlights: the nail tech did time the massage as it's promised to be 10 minutes but she has almost no pressure and just hit the same places a few times. The scrub was nonexistent, she put it on my legs and rinsed it with the used water from the basin immediately. I specifically asked for her to redo the scrub and she would not respond to me verbally and did not redo it. She did not cut my cuticles or irrigate under the nails. Callous removal is a $10 up charge for the $30 or $49 services. The $59 treatment included it and also included hot stones but they were not even warm by the time the tech used them because she removed them from the warmer around 5 mins before applying them to skin. I honestly left feeling more worn down than refreshed. Extremely disappointing. I declined the offered punch card as I will not be returning. read more
