I came in for a wax because my eyebrows and facial hair were getting out of control, and they cleaned me up really nicely. The establishment was clean, the staff was professional, and the overall vibe was welcoming and polished. I also really appreciated that they were still able to see me even though they were close to closing. I ended up scheduling a consultation for permanent eyebrow tinting, which I did not even realize they offered, so I am looking forward to seeing how that goes. I went in and asked for gold chrome (mind you I never had gold chrome before so I don't know how it's applied, like a polish or the other technique) Bobby told me okay. He comes over with what I'm thinking is gold chrome so I get done and I go to my friends and they told me "that's not gold chrome he rushed your nails and played you" and they show me the real gold chrome and how it was suppose to be applied. So I call and I was told ok come in whenever and get the gold chrome so I call the day I wanna come in and Bobby answers and tells me he don't have gold chrome he don't know why the lady told me he does and then lies and say hay I told you I didn't have gold chrome when I did it. Mind you I was on a group call and they all heard him never say anything like that . I don't do reviews so for me to review I have to be really freaking pissed . I don't care how much it cost that's not the point I wanted the color I asked for and as a business person you should've said that because you clearly knew I didn't know how the real gold chrome was suppose to be applied and my nails are different lengths and bubbly some are bulky and excess acrylic is on the side of my nails and my nails are still burning for application . I have been coming here for years, since I was literally like 15, I'm 21 now. I absolutely love it here! Every time I've asked Bobby or Vanessa for a crazy/difficult design, they've more than delivered! I normally go to the younger guy who is Vanessa's brother and he also does great! I've been coming here for years and got my first pedicure done here today and met the sweetest older man whose name is Davis. I HIGHLY suggest going to him for a pedicure, he was very gentle and through the whole pedicure, kept checking if I was okay and liked them! No nail place is perfect, but they have always kept me happy and satisfied for years! If you're in Brevard Florida, CD nails (in my opinion) is the closest to perfect as you're going to get. I must say, I literally felt like a queen. Mary gave me the best pedicure of my life. I've never felt so relaxed. I told her to do whatever she wanted and that I trusted her... THANK GOD I DID!!! She recommended the lavender scrub and water treatment, which smelled refreshing and soothed my soul. She rubbed my legs to perfection and used her finger tips to slightly itch my mosquito bites, which I got over my secluded island birthday vaca. Mary gave me a leg and foot message for what felt like an hour. I asked for light blue and she recommended that I used a darker palette to be seen better on my toenails. As a wonderful surprise, she added silver glitter to match my nails and look beautiful in the sand. If I lived here, I would come to Mary once a week. For only $55, I highly recommend requesting her for the full works. The owner, Mark, designed my acrylic nails for only $70. I told him that I wanted light blue, and for him to do what he wanted. I LOVED his enthusiasm. He told me that my nails would be beautiful, and man did he keep his word. Mark added some bling, just the right amount. Honestly don't understand what's up with them lately... I used to love them, they were super great, fast, and paid attention to detail... I work for surveys, so I know how much low reviews hurt a business & I honestly don't feel satisfied for making this review but I've literally given them a second chance in the last 24 hrs..& i have referred so many people, because I was finally glad I found a place that actually did a great job and you were really getting your monies worth.. the last time I referred 2 friends, we all went and they were practically rushing us to finish so they can get out, wed been there 3 hours prior to close. Yesterday I went in with my sister. Since I was pretty much the last person to get nails done husband and wife tag teamed my hands and split them so they can finish faster. I can tell they wanted to leave early but I didn't mind it, thought they were gonna do a pretty good job, but alllllll my nails were crooked. He said yeah no worries come back tomorrow, I just have to basically leave and be in Orlando someone's waiting for me.... I understood. People have always told me this place was terrible with service because they start with one person and move to the next so that you can't leave because they take so long. He was being taken care of while my feet soaked( no big deal for me) Then a lady finished with her las pedicure and went to the sink(right in front of me) rinsed tools off and sprayed with Lysol and grabbed the tools and came by my to do me feet. Absolutely terrible! I have been getting my nails done for years and I always tip nicely! However, cd nails is So sloppy! If I could give negative stars I would! For starters they have no staff for their volume. You have to wait forever. Then when they finally start working on your nails they will stop In the middle to do somebody else's nails. so they're trying to do two sometimes three people's nails at one time so it takes extra long. I went in there today, and I told myself I wasn't going to go back...but I went in there today and it wasn't even busy and it took and hour and a half and he still didn't finish. there was three people getting their nails done and again he stop doing my nails to do somebody else's nails. He was rushing and hurt my nail, the lady next to me when he stopped my nails for the new guest) kept telling him to stop rushing it hurt. Then he filed my nail crooked when I told him to fix it and was rushing ans ruined my nail even more. He shaved off my long natural nail and then got aggravated when I told him what he did wrong. This man does not know how to run a business! By the way his acrylic has fungus in it because I went to go get my nails done somewhere else the lady told me my nails were so yellow from fungus in the acrylic. The pedicure was good. The manicure was awful. My fingernails do not match my toenails! Was just doing basic black n fingers look dark navy. How does this happen! Fingernails have bubbles in the polish. It looks awful. I'll have to go somewhere else immediately to get fixed. Also I have arthritis n the tech kept twisting my fingers to polish... I will begin by saying I called the salon before arriving and I asked if they took walk-ins and Bobby answered "yes" and was very inviting! I went in with my sister for a mani + pedi for a wedding the next day. They were a little busy but very accommodating, in fact they had a seat ready for us before I picked out a nail color. The staff was excellent. Bobby was so funny and did a wonderful job of seamlessly getting every individual attended to whether it was done by him or another staff member. I was in awe. This isn't your hippest or trendiest nail salon, but it gets the job done. It wasn't busy mid day on Wednesday, so I was immediately sat. My tech was patient and had high attention to detail during the manicure but when it smudged, she tried to short cut the fix which ended up looking hideous. I asked her to just redo the two nails and she was happy to do so. I did note that since she fixed then at the drying station than sitting down, it didn't look as nice and she did not use a base coat. Their clientele seemed to be on the older side, but they offered a large variety of colors and gel colors. They also do eyelash extensions! It looks dingy and scary from the front but the inside definitely exceeds expectation. It cost $15 for the manicure plus gel removal -- not the best mani I've had, but the price is sure right! read more

Just in town for the week and needed a nail spot walking distance to my rental. Landed on C-D Nails. They were able to take me right away. The salon was clean and fairly quiet. The pedicure was excellent. Lots of detail and massage time for my tired feet! Then we got to my manicure and I felt it was a little rushed. My nails weren't even filed evenly when I examined afterwards. Maybe if the rates were a little cheaper, I would go back. First time going there, found some time not easy being a working mother of two (6 and 5 months). Walked in the door...pedicure please..had me sit right away, then had me sitting, and sitting, until my water was cold. I chose a $40 pedicure because you gotta "treat yo self" evey now and again. The woman was in such a hurry, didnt do my hot rock massage like pictured, then the "mini facial" ( which I had to mention several times) was some cucumber pieces on my face!? That's it! Whatever, I leave then notice the clear coat looks crackled? Day two, looks like a dog chewed on my feet!?! Wtf? So anyway, it had been 5 days until I could find the time time to go back, showed them my feet. They said they would make it right, great! So I unload groceries come back and the guy starts putting in toe seperaters.. I expected a pedicure, that would be making it right.NOPE Bobby said they would repaint them and that's it. after explaining i never got my stone massage and doubted a mini facial was done correctly. HE TOLD ME I NEEDED TO LEARN ABOUT SOCIETY!? Seriously!? He is the owner. I asked for my money back, knowing I could go somewhere else and be appreciated for my business, and have my pedicure last longer then two days. He REFUSED! So basicially I paid $50 including tip, to wait, and wait, was there a total of two hours, then have a rushed, half assed service, hiding my toes for days, finding time to come back a second time to be treated (and talked about) like I was completely insane for expecting a service I paid good hard earned money for? Horrible! Spent $70 plus gave $10 tip for a design that they couldn't do! Spent 4 hours there the first day and when finished I told them I really didn't like the flower design they did. It didn't even look like a flower on 2 of the fingers. Was told to come back the following day and Bobby assured me his wife could redo the flowers for me. So I returned and again waited.. almost an hour. Finally sit in chair. He removes the bad design off my nails. He refunds $15 and apologizes and i wait. Then his wife looks at me and says you're done. I said.. no Bobby says you can make the flowers for me.. and.i have a picture. She says no he took them off and refunded you. You didn't like the design so he took it off. I said that was not what Bobby told me. He said you could make the flowers because he was not able to. She would not and I asked Bobby again.. I thought you said she could fix them?! He looked confused and I can see his wife trully is the boss around there. I was so upset I will NEVER return. They always say they can do any design.. BS. They are very kind and polite. All employees are professional and courteous. The prices are the average $28 manicure and pedicure. They offer waxing services and eye lashes etc. I live out of state and visit family here and it's my second visit, still haven't had a bad experience. It is a lot busier than the last time I was here, so we've been waiting for my niece to get a manicure/pedicure for a special event for about 20 min. It's a Saturday and business are always busy/packed on weekends. I recommend it. Do take in consideration this isn't a top line facility. This isn't LA or Downtown NY. I make the references because I travel a lot and this isn't the atmosphere. They have 6 pedicure massage chairs, a 2 TVs streaming movies and news and good music playing. It's a descent place... $10 credit card minimum and they do not accept AMEX. Parking is also limited but some spaces in the back of the business. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. The only reason I'm even giving them one is because I have to. My friend and I were looking for a nail salon to go to yesterday. We saw that C-D had good reviews and it was close by. We decided to give them a call and make sure it was okay to just walk in. After being encouraged it was fine, we told them we were on our way. When we walked in we could tell it was crowded. We waited 10 minutes in the waiting chairs before they called us to be put in the nail chairs, I needed acrylics and she just wanted a manicure. We sat in the chairs for over an hour. Not only did no one come up and talk to us, they wouldn't even look in our direction. It was by FAR the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I highly recommend no one to go to this salon. They didn't even look at us!! It was terrible, so after wasting an hour of our time we just got up a left, again they didn't say anything. I literally would NOT recommend going to CD Nails. I've been twice and had a bad experience both times. The first time I let it slide because the guy just didn't put clear polish on half my toe nail. And I had to wait forever for them to do my pedicure but I got to wait in the massage chair. But the second time (the same guy) cut my toes WAY shorter than I would ever do myself. He didn't even ASK me first if I even wanted them cut because I would've told him I didn't. And then he cut them round, which may not sound like a big deal but now my toe nails are circles. 10/10 not a fan of this place. Wouldn't recommend. They're cheap and it's for a reason. The lady that was filling the pedicure bath knocked the hose out and got water all over my shoes. I will not be going back there and it will probably take forever for my toe nails to grow back to a decent length. I left and there was dirt on my toe nail so I lightly brushed it which smeared the whole thing. And when I went back for the guy to fix it he just painted a thick ass layer of polish over it.
