This place used to be great....not so much anymore unfortunately. They used to be really excellent at intricate nail designs and even had a board displaying this with different holiday themed options when you walked in. Now that display has been taken down and the two employees who did the detailed designs seem to have left or are rarely there. On several occasions I've been turned away because they "didn't have time to do both a manicure and pedicure". Note that they had over an hour before close. As for their pricing, it used to be worth the money, but with the current staff especially the owner who's rude (she's the one who turned me away multiple times) it's no longer worth it. I live in Rockledge and used to drive out to Melbourne just to get my nails done here. Not anymore. I recommend Diva Nails in Rockledge, the pricing is far more reasonable and their staff is always happy to take the time to do any nail design I request. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

BEST PEDICURE EVER! I made a Pedicure appointment online in the middle of the night for the next day. It had been a really tough day before and I needed some me time. When I arrived it was pouring outside, horrible storm. I opened the door to the spa and walked into completely soaked to an oasis. There were kind people who quickly took care of me, a quiet atmosphere with beautiful music and a waterfall in the background. A TV with incredible pictures of calming scenes. I quickly dipped my feet into a warm inviting bath and sat back for an hour of pampering, with gentleness and the best leg massage of my life and my toes look great! Aside of his attitude, he filed them very crooked and when I told him that, he re did them even worse, so I ended up filing them myself, plus zero attention to details. Came in to get a manicure and a pedicure, they started to do my pedicure first. I got asked several times which color I wanted and if I wanted dip or gel and every time I said gel. While I was getting my pedicure done, I had to remind the lady that was doing it that she needed to file, cut and clean up my toes and she didn't do it until the very end right before she was going to put polish on and almost didn't even do it. Then she started painting my nails and put way too much nail polish on and had to keep applying layers because she kept messing up. To be honest, it looks like a three-year-old painted my toes and I paid for the deluxe which was $50. I was sitting in the chair for almost an hour and a half. I told them I no longer wanted a manicure and she didn't know why and I told her because my pedicure was the absolute worst and she tried to offer me a discount on the manicure but never offered a discount on my pedicure. I did not tip, she proceeded to try to stop me from going out the door and try to talk me into coming back and I told her I refuse to come back because the pedicure was so terrible. I was extremely disappointed because I paid $30 for nails to fall apart the day after. The other experience I had was I had gotten orange dip nails and when I went in to get my nails redone, the guy who did my nails literally painted over the orange dip. This salon could not be any closer to me, it's literally across the street to my neighborhood. So glad I finally stepped in and to try this new nail dip craze. My cosmetologist was Maile, the sweetest woman who helped persuade me to choose a classic pink French manicure to go with the outfit I showed her I would be wearing for an upcoming gala. The dip technique is not only fascinating but also a sensory experience as your finger is dipped into a fine powder, that for me at least, was relaxing and soothing. We talked about where I purchased my outfit and I shared the website with her and she loved it so much she bought one too, kindred spirits! I came by this nail salon by chance, as I had an hour to kill and I was in the area. It's located in the strip mall in front of Home Depot, next to the frozen yogurt place. The interior was surpisingly romantic and clean and inviting, which was a sharp contrast to the bleak exterior. The staff here were very nice and accommodating towards everyone there, even redoing a preteen's nails 3 times with no attitude when she decided she wanted different nail art... 3 different times... I just walked in and they were able to accomodate me for a manicure right away. They have a pretty much every color ever made by OPI and China Glaze for customers to choose from. My technician was not the most attentive person, but my nails ended up looking symmetric and shaped well (this is actually really hard to find with Melbourne nail salons...) The polish has also lasted me for 2 weeks without any major chipping or anything, so that is awesome as well. I paid $12 for a manicure, which was actually worth it here for how good my nails look and how long the color has lasted. read more

Being a walk-in for two people to have pedicures the place was empty but clean. I had to ask them about upgraded pedicure. Finally picked one out and had a decent one. The other person with me wanted her nails not to be dremeled off and they didn't understand. A second person had to come over and let them know what was being requested. After 5 minutes of trying to explain no dremel finally they tried to soak off the gel polish. After the pedicure and didn't get gels again (just regular polish) go to checkout and they said ohhh extra 5$ for soaking off e polish. Well bs, they never said it would be extra and they really didn't do a fantastic job either. Felt very rushed through and as if we weren't welcome. As for my manicure they was also rushed through but the polish came out good. The end result is we'll never go back there as it felt like they couldn't be bothered that we were in fact paying customers. And the polish is already off on one of my toes. It's only been a few hours. Be upfront with pricing and treat everyone the same. If you want gel polish it's already $5 for that and now $5 to take it off. You get 3 stars because the manicure was done not well but the polish was good and the pedicure was good but true polish was not. As for the other person they charged extra for. They don't want to go somewhere you feel unwelcome and unappreciated. I feel as if services were not done for what was paid for at all for either of us. read more

Went today for a manicure and pedicure and couldn't wait to get out! All the noise was from all the techs speaking in their native language and boy did they ever talk! I mentioned I wanted the hot stones pedicure but Peter didn't understand me and didn't give me a choice. On my manicure I told him I had a compound fracture on my left hand, was wearing a brace. He again didn't understand me and caused me pain until one of his co-workers put a stack of towels under my hand. I still had to sit in pain letting the fan dry my nails with a auto nail dryer immediately to my right. I went here since it was across the street from my sub division but I don't care how far I have to go....will go back to Orchid Nails where they speak English and understands me. Used to love this place and had been coming for years! I hate it now! I have recently found a great place to do my nails that last a lot longer. But I would always come to Tiffany's to do my feet and eyebrow/lip wax. This past week I went in for my monthly eyebrow wax, I guess they are over me getting my nails done in other places! Because, I came in and they said (lynn) would be a minute. I said, that's fine. I was in no rush. I then get told to go sit in the back and lynn is doing someone's feet. I was still in no rush. She kept asking me about my nails and what not. For the first time in years, when she did my eye brow wax, it hurt like HELL! I will post pictures to prove it! I knew something was off, because it had never hurt this bad! (And the whole time she kept asking me about my nails!) (It's none of their goddamn business anyway, where the hell I get my nails done!!! I go where ever the hell I want! Plus, where I go last me up to 2 months!!! At Tiffanys it barely lasts me 2 weeks!) So, I get in my car, wanting to cry because my eye brow hurt incredibly bad! My right eye was so swollen, and a huge line was forming. This was 3 days ago! I think she went to close to the lid and burned me! I've been sensitive to bright lights and being outside! I can barely wash my face that's how painful it is! I do NOT want to give this company any money!!! The only reliable person in this whole place, that wont mess you up is Tiffany herself. The rest of those people, I can not understand how they can work there and treat customers like that! (Oh and each time I went in there to get my feet done, they would not shut up about my nails and about me driving to get them done! I just recently went and the owner Jimmy, didn't pay attention to my nails while he was doing them; he kept turning around looking at the tv and stopped in the middle to watch soccer. so extremely rude. not to mention he took numerous CELL phone calls, not on their business phone. but his CELL phone. Just returned home after a lovely visit at Tiffanys Nail Salon! So pleased at the job that was done especially since I arrived in the wheelchair with one partial foot in a cast and the other one covered in Betadine post surgery. The girl was so gentle and cleansed both my feet then took care of my overgrown nails and yucky dead skin from the cast. Sitting in the massage chair being pampered was amazing, and they took such good care of me! I was so pleased I will definitely be back again and again. I got gel nail polish change and manni, my one sister did gel polish and toe polish while my other sister did manni and peddi. The gentleman that did my gel polish and manni did not speak the best English and it was not easy to get him to understand what I wanted. I have tried to get my nails done twice here. The first time I went they were busy and I was told to come back later. Not 1-2 hours, not 3-5 hours. Just "come back later". Ok. I get it. You're busy. Fine. So I went somewhere else. This time, I came in on Sunday and they had maybe 5 customers. I walked in and made eye contact with one of the male techs and sat in the chair in the front. I kept looking around at all of the employees. Not one person greeted me or said "what can we do for you?" Nothing. So after about 8 minutes of sitting there, the male tech who saw me come in walked a customer out and said "I'll be right with you". I assumed he'd be cleaning his station to get me back for service. I was wrong. I sat another 10 minutes staring at all the employees as they ignored me. Everyone of them would look up and then look around for someone else to do something about the person sitting waiting. At this point I was getting annoyed. I understand you may be busy but at least greet the person who is spending money in your establishment. I looked at my phone and it had been 23 min at this point. A lady walks in and almost every employee said hello to her as I assume she was a regular. They tell her " it will be at least 2 hours, come back then Susan" I don't know if that was her name but for comment sake. I'd been sitting in the front for 23 min. 23!!! No one told me there would be that long a wait. No one said one word to me. I walk over to the woman who told "Susan" it would be 2 hours and asked her what was going on and why I have been sitting her for nearly a half hour. All she says is "pedicure?" I said no full set and eye brow wax. She says "oh no we can't do that for a long time. Maybe 3 hours, come back later" and goes back to filing the persons nails. I told her "no I won't be back. I am going else where" she says nothing. Not sorry, no apology. This is bad business. I kindly took my $70 to a different salon that puts customers first. A salon that values people's time and money. Tiffanys nail salon does not want your business. If they did they would learn proper customer service. read more
