I initially tried to book yesterday and there was some confusion about availability, the nail tech I was asking about, and the design I had shown them. I was trying to communicate that I wasn't necessarily requesting that exact design or that specific nail tech -- I was showing the photo more as a reference for the quality/style of nails I was looking for. Unfortunately, that didn't really come across, and there were several back-and-forth conversations about my appointment. I was eventually told to come in today at 11:10, which I understood to mean there would be time for the type of set I wanted. I drove over excited for my appointment, only to find out that I actually wasn't in the system. That was definitely frustrating, especially after all the communication the day before. Thankfully, they were still able to work me in, which I really appreciated because I had an event to get ready for. The nail tech who ended up doing my nails was initially a little impatient when I was being particular about the details, so that took a couple points off for me. However, by the end of the appointment, he definitely made up for it. He was able to get my nails done and the overall design came out nice. I'd give the design itself around a 7/10 -- it came out a little darker than I originally envisioned, but I also think I could have done a better job communicating what I wanted and suggesting alternatives. I'm currently getting my toes done as well, and I'm glad they were able to accommodate me and still get me out in time for my event. Overall, the booking/communication experience definitely needs improvement, but the staff was able to make things right, my nails look good, and I'm leaving satisfied. Now that display has been taken down and the two employees who did the detailed designs seem to have left or are rarely there. As for their pricing, it used to be worth the money, but with the current staff especially the owner who's rude (she's the one who turned me away multiple times) it's no longer worth it. I live in Rockledge and used to drive out to Melbourne just to get my nails done here. Not anymore. I recommend Diva Nails in Rockledge, the pricing is far more reasonable and their staff is always happy to take the time to do any nail design I request. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I'm simple with a single color, rounded corner with no designs. He kind of rushed through my set and sent me on my way. 2 days later one of the nails break. I rearranged my schedule to go back in a day later to get it fixed. That night, a different nail breaks. At this point, I don't have more hours in my week to keep returning to the salon to get nails fixed. By the end of 2 weeks, 7 nails were broken. One so bad I had to file it down short again.
