I was really excited to try this place because of the reviews I saw online and it was very convenient because you can book an appointment online. Unfortunately my experience did not live up to the expectation. The first time I went in for my gel I had no problem my nails came out fine with no issues. The second time I went in I was really unhappy with the way my nails turned (all bumpy and uneven) and I completely take the blame for not coming back in to fix them. However, the last time and final time I went in I mentioned to the girl who was doing my nails that I was unhappy about how they came out last time so she made sure be careful. Nails came out fine except a few days later one of them broke. So I called the shop to see if I can go fix that nail and I was told I had to make an appointment. Availability is limited and unfortunately none of the times worked because I am pretty busy. I know each salon is different but typically they can see you and fix the nail the same day, I don't like the idea of having to stay with a broken nail over several days due to availability. Prices are not cheap to have this service so I expected a little more

This salon is beautiful! Providing low-tox nail care & regular so you have options. Many choices for pedicures including organic! The techs are friendly & do an excellent job. They also don't charge for any nail fixes you should need one. Glad we have this nail spa in the area!

I got new acrylic nail set here and within a week they all fell off. I've never had anything like that happen before. Very cheap products.

It's taken me awhile to write this review because as people I do like both Sue & Faith. However, I feel like it should be said that the prices here are outrageous. I went here a total of 3 times. the least amount spent was about $120 and the most over $350. The thing is when I checked their website and booked the appointments the services never added up to the prices charged after the fact. For one visit, it was myself, my mother and my 7 year old daughter. My daughter was getting her first mani/pedi. Sue was sweet to her, although for her first time it would have made a nice impression if she made a little more effort for conversation. By the time my feet were done, my daughters fingers and toes had smudges in the paint. Sue was very fast to paint them and move on, even though it would seem I was charged the same for her quick careless pedicure as I was charged for my mothers adult pedicure. Mine on the other hand, ouch! I have very cracked feet and Faith immediately said "Oh we're going to take care of that" then explained she was going to use a Manuka honey on them. I should have stopped her and asked what the uncharge was for that but I didn't and later when it was time to pay I realized it was $90 for that treatment! Holy cow. She also cut the toenails without asking making them short and odd looking. I liked them so I came back. Even brought my daughter back another time but sadly again the service she got was so rushed she was done with both mani/pedi before I was done with just the pedicure. It wasn't until I realized my friends were getting their nails done for more than half the price I was paying and they looked just as good. The last time I was there i saw a sign saying cash only. When I asked Faith said it was ok if I pay in Credit card this time but they've been getting killed with the credit card fees. I wish these ladies well but I do not think Ill be back. I think they have put themselves in a very bougie light but the services just don't hold up. read more

Salon is super nice, clean and the staff are competent and great. The lower rating is due to their not having the massage chairs for pedicures, nor the whirlpool basins for the feet. There is no way to relax your neck and support your back in a short chair, i.e., enjoy your pedicure. You also miss the vibrating, swirling whirlpool typically found in the foot bath. Pricey! rhey only want to accept cash! Too bad as this salon is well located on 5th Street and otherwise, an extremely pleasant atmosphere. read more

The absolute worst work, ungrateful, and racist nail salon owner I've ever encountered! DO NOT COME HERE! Save your money as this small shop doesn't give a fuck about taking your money then providing subpar quality. I got a mani and pedi from Sue yesterday with an appt at 12pm. I got home and by 10 pm I noticed my nails were picking up 1-2 strands of lint and were still tacky and not fully dried even after 9-10 hours of dry time. I waited a few more hours and went to bed. In the morning it was covered in lint and the polish was still tacky and soft indicating that it was not fully dry. Texted her daughter Faith and sent the pictures. I disclosed that maybe Sue used a gel top coat and that's why it didn't dry properly. In the text Faith said the polish was probably old. I get to my 11:45 am appt same morning for the re-do and Sue already had the grumpiest attitude. She had another appt waiting as Faith had squeezed me in. As she removed my polish and started filing the remaining off, she didn't even bother to wipe the nail dust off and started painting. Immediately I noticed that there were bumps or bubbles on the thumb nail and I showed it to her and asked her if this polish was also old. She literally stopped and looked at me straight in my eyes and asked me "how old do you think the polish is?!" with the meanest face. Then I disclosed to her the only reason I mentioned that was because her daughter suggested that that was the reason why the other polish didn't dry. She made a comment saying they've only been open for nine months clearly implying that the polish couldn't have been old. Just because you're open for nine months doesn't mean you know how long a bottle has been sitting on the store shelves right? And just because you claim to be doing nails for 30 years doesn't mean you're good at it! Sue then started putting a top coat on and I reminded her that I had fairy dust on two of my nails. Sue then blatantly said "I don't have time to put fairy dust on". I then mention that I paid for it yesterday and she frankly said I'll give you the money back for that and came back with $4. Not to mention today and yesterday I kept having to point out that she missed painting the sides of my nails. SEE IMAGES uploaded. I paid over $80 for the SHITTIEST mani and pedi I've ever gotten and then I have to deal with this ish? If you're a visitor (I'm from Los Angeles) they definitely don't give a F about the services they provide bc you're not a hand that's gonna feed them for life. I will never refer this establishment to anyone in this area and I'll also ensure that any of my friends who have lived here over 15 years knows how I was treated and sever their ties with this disgusting establishment. read more

I've been coming to this nail salon for years. They always have new polish colors to choose from, use excellent quality products for their pedicures and manicures, and is one of the cleanest nail salons I've ever been in. Highly recommend! read more

The absolute best pedicure I have had since being in the area (4 yrs). Quality products and very professional! My feet felt fabulous, unlike other places where your feet are completely dry within an hour of leaving. My nails are amazing as well. Love this place. Very impressed! read more

Extremely unprofessional. For the New Year, they put up a sign banning masks from the business and sought to shame those who want to protect themselves and others by wearing them inside. They do beautiful nails, so that's a shame. However, you can find other establishments who will do equally good work while treating you and your health with kindness and respect. They need to do better at The Nail Professionals. read more

Let me start with how impressed I am with this nail salon. I have ALWAYS been the girl that goes to a nail tech once and never returns because I'm so picky... but I've already been back to see the nail professionals THREE TIMES already (this is huge for me). This place is so clean, relaxing and welcoming. The women that run it really live up to the name- everything is handled professionally. I genuinely look forward to my "me time" spent with these sweet ladies. On top of how amazing their services are, they've been so great at making sure to fit me in. I have a weird schedule, so sometimes walk-ins are easier for me (even though I really don't like being surprised on how my nails will turn out)- so when I learned The Nail Professionals only do by-appointment scheduling, I was nervous...but, the women here have truly prioritized me as a customer and made me feel special by making sure they can get me an appointment. It honestly feels like a day with the girls when I go in, and I love it! And I walk out feeling/looking great every time! This local, boutique-style nail salon truly is a must for the beauty savvy girls in town looking for a nice time to treat themselves. read more

I've received nothing but outstanding service from both Faith and Sue everytime I come in! Their beautiful studio is clean, updated and relaxing. They operate via appointment only, so whenever I come in Faith is ready to go & devotes her full attention to my service... from start to finish! She never rushes or makes me feel like I'm more or less important then another client. I've attatched some photos to this review so you can see some of their work. I go about three weeks between appointments and get complimented daily on my gorgeous nails. I've never experienced any broken or lifting nails and the paint looks as flawless on day 21 as it did on day 1! Quality work and quality products! So if you're looking for a local nail tech who supports other young female entrepreneurs, offers fair prices, luxury products and a relaxing atmosphere.... look no further :-) Faith & Sue are the best in our area!! read more

Pampering myself with pedicures and manicures has never really been my thing so when I go, I want to have a nice experience. I've been to The Nail Professionals 5 times now for services and each time has been a very pleasant visit. Safe to say that I like this place - they nailed it! I don't even know where anyone can call these two racist, I have always been treated with only respect and no side-eyed judgment (even when my feet look like it's been a long while since the last pedi). Faith and Sue do not bad talk clients, curse or gossip while clients are in their care. Utmost professionalism, hence the name - The Nail Professionals. The shop atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxing. I forgot to mention that this shop is about a 25 mile drive for me, I can get mani/pedis at several just as good locations but I really enjoy the services and the vibes. read more

Professional Service, Quality Products, Plus it's an all Natural Nail Salon! I absolutely love this nail salon! I've been going here for 6months, and I have never been disappointed!! Sue is the Best! She truly cares about her clients, and their overall hand and foot care! She gives the most relaxing Signature Pedicures, and Gel Manicures. My nails are always dry when I leave an appointment, and I have never had any issues with the nail polish chipping, or bubbling....and it always stays on my nails a full two weeks, as promised! We were here as "snowbirds" from Michigan and went online to find a spot for pedicures. My friend and I have visited nail salons in many different states here and lots of other countries. The Nail Professionals didn't disappoint us! It was a small but chic environment and both Sue and Faith were definitely very good at what they do with many years of experience between them. I've been going to the Nail Professionals for a few months and I honestly couldn't be any happier. Besides it being the cleanest salon I've ever walked into, they are also the friendliest ladies and make you feel like family. Faith and Sue are amazing at what they do and always make sure you are happy. You don't ever have to worry about being rushed because they don't take walk ins so the time of your appointment is strictly focused on you. I recommend them to everyone! read more

I've lived in Florida for 13 years and have tried many nail salons. I used to go to orchids and they've just gotten so lazy and hurt my fingers. Faith really took her time and actually talked to me. Her products when doing the pedicure were amazing, my legs feel like a baby's bottom! It also smells seriously amazing, like fall/Christmas slaps you in the face. Stopped by The Nail Professionals this week for a vacation manicure. The girls at nail professionals were so sweet and really knew their stuff. I've lived in the area for five years now and this salon is by far the best I've ever been too! I've had terrible experiences at other salons but I now finally found my place. Hands down, the BEST. Despite the 2 false bad reviews. Ignore these individuals and book your appointment today. PS Yelp hides all the 5:star reviews and pays people to be full time yelpers. They'll remove the bad/false reviews if you pay them a large fee. read more
