I am visiting the area and went into the mall to go to Dillards and possibly get my nails done with my kids. I needed to use the bathroom as soon as we walked in and the nail salon was the only place open as it was 1045 and the stores open at 11. I asked if I could use the restroom before I got my nails done. The lady was rude and quickly shushed me away with her hands and said "go use public". I asked where the public restroom was and she did the same motion with her hands and this time got louder and said "public". All while she sat in the pedicure chair with her shoes off. Another employee pointed to the left and told me "food court, other side of mall". I walked all the way to the left and there was no bathroom or food court. She had purposely sent me in the wrong direction. As I walked back, I took a pic of the store so I could write a review of how rude these people were. The lady then started chasing me and my children through the mall screaming at me and calling me stupid and challenging me to return and confront her. I ignored her and told my kids to do the same. She then got security. Security tried to tell me I had to delete the picture. I know the law and it's a public place so I am allowed to take photos in public, so no thank you I will not be deleting it. There was no need for these women to act this way when they could have just said no if they didn't want me to use the bathroom, but they definitely do not deserve service from anyone with this behavior!!! read more

I was in the area one day and was looking for a place to get my nails done for a party that weekend. This was the closest nail salon around so my daughter and I got gel mani-padis. They had the men doing our feet while women did our hands. I loved that because I didn't want to sit there for 2 hours. The older man did my pedi and he was so sweet. He did an amazing job, too. I paid $160 before tip for both of us. I don't usually get my nails done at a salon for this reason, but I'm hopeful that it should last a while since w it's gel. read more

Me and my mom went to the mall and we walked in the Nail Studio and she asked a question, the lady signaled her hand to leave and then said " I don't know what where it's at. leave now!!" Which was super rude and then we took a picture of the place and a lady walked out and said she was stupid and weird. Not an enjoyable time getting a pedicure. My friend and I chose this nail salon because it's reviews were much higher than the other location at the mall and being that we needed a nighttime pedi, all other spas were closed. There were kids running around screaming. The salon said things to the kids but proceeded to service the mom who didn't seem to care. The place wasn't clean or well-kept. My friend had gel nails and they dremmelled them instead of soaking them to remove the precious pedicure. My foot massage was wonderful (I had a male pedicurist) but attention was not paid to the detail of painting. It was disappointing. My friend's entire pedicure was rushed and she didn't get any massage but still paid a pretty penny! Wish we were happier because we'd love a place to go back to. read more

The guy who claimed his name was "Tom" was rude, continuously tried to add in costs,cut 2 of my toes after I said I wasn't paying the ridiculous fees, and then painted my toes the wrong color and said that's the way it is and all he can do. Worst nail salon I have ever been to. If I could give zero stars I would! Came in during a somewhat busy time and was happy to patiently wait my turn as I was in no rush. The guy who did my pedicure rushed through it as fast as possible. He NEVER got out a nail file or nail clippers the entire time. He proceeded to lather my legs in lotion for the "massage" portion, and then got out a pumice stone and proceeded to use that over the lotion. He also took some skin off the back of my heel during this lotion/pumice stone process, because he was on the phone, but I'm certain it was an accident so I'm not upset about that. During the pedicure he proceeded to answer the phone 3 times and that doesn't include the 4 times he got up to assist other customers in "picking out a color" during my pedicure. Needless to say I just wasted $25 dollars and I hope no one else follows suit. I'm embarrassed to have my toes looking like this and will have to go home and pain them myself! There are too many other good nail salons in Coco for them to be serving their customers like this! read more

I was in from out of town visiting my mom and we popped in for gel nail & pedicure! They were busy and I had to wait for a while which was fine and I had no problem. The owner saw me waiting and came over to greet me. She was such a lovely lady with a kind way about her. She felt bad that was having to wait and offered refreshments. I was not in any hurry but it was refreshing to know that there are still small businesses that pay special attention to their clients. Even the walk ins like me! Friendly nail techs! Very accommodating!! The deluxe pedicure was wonderful and I will definitely be back my next visit in Cape Canaveral!! read more

Terrible experience. They messed up my nails and took so long doing them I was almost late for my cruise. When I asked for them to fix my nails on the day I returned from my cruise they said they would only charge me $15. For what they did it should be free. Needless to say I decided not to let them touch my nails ever again and will go anywhere else. read more

Just look at the pictures of my nails. Horrible. John did my nails. When I arrived he was currently doing a pedicure on a gentleman and asked what I wanted I said I wanted to remove the acrylics I had on and to get a new full set of acrylics. He immediately got up and grabbed the sanding tool and begin sanding my nails with the wet gloves that he was currently using to give the pedicure. I told him, no I will sit down and wait, and He said no it's ok. Even grabs a bowl polars acetone in it and has me soak my fingers. But please read this when I was done soaking my fingers he took the acetone container and re-suctioned up all the acetone that I had just been soaking my nails in and put it back on the shelf only to be used by the next person. I was absolutely blown away. Anyways the new acrylics are on the even my cuticles cut their bumpy. I also noticed two other nail techs pouring different polish in the container. So maybe this is the reason why other reviewer said that their gel did it last, or it's been thinned down. The prices didn't match at the very end it was $30 more than I was quoted. read more

I took two of my family members here today. I made the appointment the day before. We each had a pedicure ($25) and chose the deluxe for $10 more (total $35 for 45 min). The Deluxe includes additional time for the foot rub, an exfoliating scrub for your calves, a cooling gel and then hot towels wrapped around your feet and lower legs . We all agreed that this was well worth the extra, because it felt so amazing! I was originally a little bit hesitant to come here because I had read the bad review on here, but I'm glad we went because these are really nice people and they do a good job. The manager (owner?) Josephine, is a sweet lady. There was no up-sell pressure like there is in the other nail salon in the mall. The place is nicely decorated and clean, and we felt comfortable there. It's located very near the Ruby Tuesday restaurant in Merritt Square, Mall. Our techs were all very nice, Tammy is great, and a gent named Long. He treated my mother-In-Law so nicely that we had him give her a manicure as well, while the other two of us went for a little shopping. Our nails came out looking really good.
