This was the best pedicure I've ever had. The nice lady took her time and my toes look fabulous! I will come here every time I'm in FL.

This has been my second time visiting this salon for an eyebrow wax when I am in the area visiting. The lady who did my eyebrows really took her time, shaped and cleaned them up very nicely. I was charged $12 which is a great price compared to other salons back home. The waxing room and salon overall was clean and the radio was on which was a great distraction. I highly recommend checking out this salon for waxing. read more

Highly recommend, the sweetest man did my nails tonight. He took his time and made sure I was happy every step of the way. I'm from out of town but would return when in the area. Hands down a wonderful experience. read more

I was nervous when I moved from NY to FL that I wouldn't find a replacement for my old eyebrow salon. This nail salon knocked it out of the park. The staff is friendly, they did an amazing job on my eyebrows. The location is huge, well staffed and has a lot of parking. Give them a try. read more

I have been coming every couple of weeks now for a couple of months. I am even doing acrylics for the first time in my life and I love them. How ever today the person I had did not understand anything I said. I even got my brows done by her. I let her know I was growing them out so just clean up and don't touch up top. My brows are one very thin straight line. I even had to change nail techs. I was trying to tell the gentle man that speaks very good english. But he brushed me off. I did not like my visit today at all. The tech was so nice that did my brows and started on my nails. I just wish she understood me more. But other than today. It has been very pleasant going there . read more

1/2/23 review I called an hour before my appointment and was asked if I could come in at 12 PM. No problem. I get there, get greeted, asked to pick polish color and sit down. 15 mins after my arrival, me and another guest was asked to wait about 45 mins because they were backed up AND had quite a few walk-ins. The other guest and I look at each other and said "no problem, we'll wait." So we waited, I kid you not, an hour and 15 mins later, finally get called to sit in a chair but didn't soak my feet or anything until 10 mins or so later Kim came over and started the water etc etc. Okay, fine, I was irritated but still remained pleasant because it's not her fault everyone's running behind. Seems like mostly everyone speaks decent English for the most part and we are able to communicate and understand each other. Kim is great. I got the Special Pedicure with regular polish and manicure with gel color. $72 for mani and pedi. $40 for pedi and $32 for mani. Kim is a bit rough and I flinched a few times because she was scraping and cutting cuticles and stuff too rough for my comfort. I asked her to be more gentle and she acknowledged and all was good. She did miss a few spots here and there and when I told her she said no problem and will fix it. She did. The salon is tucked away in the corner and you can barely see it. It doesn't say "Top Nails" on the building but there are sign lights that say "Nails." Same plaza as Save On or something like that with plenty of parking. Plenty of chairs and tables. Accommodating for the most part. 4- stars only because of the ridiculous wait time. The menu pricing was confusing. I had to ask 3 people for the pricing for my services and I wasn't told a specific price until Kim came along. After I asked for pricing, I decided to follow through with the services. Back in my town, $72!is expensive for these services. Not sure if it's expensive or not for here, but I may continue to frequent this place when I move here permanently. Maybe! read more

Since 1996, this salon has been taking care of people's nails. Tucked in the corner of the plaza next to Gold Lion Deli, it's hard to spot because it doesn't say "Top Nail" outside. Luke and the gang gave my sister, my daughter and me nice collagen mani-pedis. It was a little expensive, but we needed pampering. There are plenty of pedicure chairs and manicure tables, walk-ins are no problem. read more

With visit on 5/23/2025 They cut both my great toes twice on same visit during a pedicure

Tech didn't let the paint fully cure or do a base coat. Colors were old and cured different than the swatches shown. Now I have huge bubbles in the middle of the nail, paint will chip, and no time to fix it. Had to refile because the shape most of my nails, were crooked and there was paint all over my hands in addition to chips. Will no longer be going here for my hands. This was a significant cost to be this unhappy, and it won't last. read more

to be honest I have been here twice and both Times and I have liked my nails this place doesn't disservice one star i got my nails done last week on sunday and my nails are already starting to lift and I had showed him my nails and he gave me something a completely different and o have been needing to make this review cuz as a customer I could have done better I just was visiting from tx also these do not last longer then my press one I make not only that's I have straight fingers and he put my nails on crooked and he also didn't prep my nails the best either and I went to a different nails tech to get them fixed and he just re did my nails cuz there was no saving it the guy that did my nails was at seat 11 I will not be coming back here read more

This is what happens when you go to this nail salon. They do not care about mold or the health of your nails. Even after the owner saw both my hands he did not offer me a refund or an apology. I have gotten my nails professionally done for over 20 years in multiple States. Never has this ever happened before. My husband was with me and literally had to Google what they did to me. read more

Came here with my boyfriend for pedicures. His was enjoyable. Hence the rating. I'd rate it 0. My skin was ripped all the way up the side of my nail, my nails were cut and torn up instead of clipping them. She kept looking at me to see if i was wincing in pain my entire service. I left with an infected toe and bleeding. Along with that the polish put on was visibly messed up before finishing and i asked them to fix it and they "did" but it looks like a 5 year old did it. I wouldn't recommend it for the bleeding alone. Everything was stabbed into my skin too far and too sharp causing bleeding and the ripping of the skin was unnecessary. If i wanted that i could've done it myself. Absolutely awful. Have to go to the dr for antibiotics now to get rid of the infection. read more

I'd like to add to my review from a month ago. The young gentleman that greeted me at my 1st visit I cldnt remember his name & at my 2nd appt I learned his name is Luke. I have to say his warmth & honest care to everyone that walks in is above & beyond. Without a doubt u will agree & if u ever have any problem w/ any service preformed he's the one that will take care of the service & will go above & beyond what he even has to do. My experience is only growing in making Top Nails my #1 choice for nails. Don't take my word give them a try & see what I've seen, be treated the way u shld be & get the nail care & results u shld expect. read more

My wife's go to for nails. The building is clean and she always comes home happy so that makes me happy.

Luke makes me very uncomfortable and he was SUPER disrespectful on the phone, when i called to make an appointment because Kim did my nails and they immediately started falling off and it was nothing like i asked for and he hung up on me, then i called back he hung up on me again and then when i called for a third time he let me make an appointment but never asked for my name. Then my mom called and he proceeded to call her baby and telling her to chill and was super disrespectful on the phone and hung up on her multiple times. BAD service the nails were supposed to match my skin tone and then have a black triangle shape, the nude color did not match my skin tone at all.. like what am i a peach ?! read more

Really wanted to like this place, it's nice, sanitary, the staff is friendly. During my manicure, my cuticles were not pushed back or nipped. Literally just massaged my hands and feet, cut and filed but my cuticles were left as is. I don't know if it's because the nail tech was new or lack experience but my nail polish is looking a mess. Did not expect this service. read more

Love going here to get mani pedis! They are very friendly. Lucy and Mike do an awesome job on nail art also.

I was visiting from out of town and needed a gel manicure. I chose Top Nails based on the online reviews. The staff is very friendly and the facility is very clean. However, I am extremely disappointed with my mani. The polish started chipping and peeling in less than a week! I've been getting gel manis for several years and have never had this happen before. I cannot recommend based on this experience. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I called before making an appointment and told them I wanted a mani/pedi and I was bringing my own gel polish I was told it would be $35. When I get to my appointment after 15 minutes soaking in the pedi chair was told it would be $60. This is the last time I will spend my money here it's really sad I've been spending my money here on and off for 18 years. The other sad thing I work in the same shopping plaza at a store that deals with salon professionals. As Julia said you just made a big, big, no huge mistake. Titusville is a small town and word travels like wildfire. I'm also pretty sure the guy Luke that works there is part of ISIS his conversation starter was to ask if I knew who ISIS was and then proceeded to tell me that they had kidnapped a woman starved her for days and when they did feed her it was meat and rice but the meat was her son that they had killed and cooked. The next story he proceeded to tell was about how ISIS had repeatedly rape some woman until they killed her. Now I'm not Homeland security but they may want to look into this guy since he has so much knowledge about ISIS, with the absolutely horrific visit I had at this establishment I will never walk foot in there again and I would highly recommend that no one else does either go spend your hard earned money somewhere else!!! read more

I'm not sure who all these people that have this place 1 Star is talking about but this place is awesome! Maybe all those other people don't work here anymore but this place has great prices, the people are friendly and inviting. They have always done an amazing job on my mani and pedi. Richard and the lady that works right up front are so nice. My mom came to visit from out of town and she went in for a mani. She was very happy. I recommend this place because they always go above and beyond for their customers. They give me a hand massage every time and the pedi was the best I've had yet in Florida. I've lived here for 6 years. Richard took his time and gave an excellent massage. Most places just scrub your legs. He did an actual massage. I love this place and I will be a customer for as long as I'm around! read more

My lady retired from nail salon so I had to do the search for another salon. I am quite picky about my mania and pedis. I read their reviews and scanned through the pictures. I decided I would try the pedi first. Impressed upon my arrival into the salon. They are set up for the Covid with plexiglass social and sanitizer. I had the deluxe pedi with Anna. It was heaven! She did an excellent job. So far so good. Price was quite good. I actually took some time to discuss my mani. This will be in two weeks. Another review to follow! read more

Well i was happy with my experience kinda. My nails on my right hand are not the same as the ones on my left they are very chunky for a coffin shape/ ballerina slipper shape. As long as i dont hold my hands together you cant tell they dont much match shape and length wise. They are very pretty as far as the polish and him trying to achieve the design I desired. I didnt ask for gel acrylics i know they are more expensive than the $25 sets w a little up-charge cause of the design and half way through my nails he said this $50 .. at that point what am i supposed to say. I didnt ask for gel he finished 3-4 nails before he said ANYTHING... So i spent $50 on nails im not too happy with or the price and i was told by friends that gels last longer etc etc. and other than them not being the shape or matching on my other hands it might be worth it. i got my nails done 3 days ago and they are already chipping off polish and im NOT HAPPY. $50 for nothing. I dont normally get my nails done but now i know not to go here. read more

1 star is more than this place deserves. I've been getting Nexgen nails done for over a year and this was by far the worst and most painful set. First off she didn't soak my nails to make them easy to remove with the dremel. She burned several spots on my nail bed down to the skin as well as the skin around my nail just burned. Then for the new set, she used a gel clear coat. Every salon I've ever gone to has a set of clear "polishes" labeled 1-4 for the various steps. My nails have this ugly marbled look in random spots, air bubbles everywhere, easily scratched and scuffed, and one nail she kept messing up so she dipped it twice and much and it's obvious. That nail is now bigger and darker than the rest. As my nails are growing out, there is a huge drop off between the nexgen and my actual nail. She didn't smooth out the top so it blends, and now it snags everything. They don't listen to you, just ignore when you call them out and then talk to each other in their language. Nexgen nails look and feel amazing when done right. This place just can't do it. Never again! read more

I've gone to Top Nail for over 20 years. The Owners Tony & Cathy are very nice. The ship is clean. Pay the extra money for the deluxe pedicure. It's a foot scrub, hot towels and foot massage in addition to the pedicure. You will feel like you're in heaven. No appointments needed. read more

Very clean, friendly, relaxing atmosphere. They have top-of-the-line equipment too. Highly recommend!

Came in on Friday morning for a Deluxe Pedicure and it was everything the name entails. This pedicure involves all the standard fare but includes a quite exquisite leg and foot massage as well. Luke was very gentle and applied pressure in all the right places. Well worth the money ($30). Excellent for ladies on the go who need just a few minutes to themselves every week. read more
