The worst place to get eyebrows threading.. She does not know how to professionally interact with customers and her work is anything but good.. She smells garlic and spices( no offense but if your work requires close contact with another person face, at least you could use a gum or a breath enhancer). Certainly not going back again.. Kalpana is the hardest working person I know. She's also extremely efficient and talented in the art of eyebrow threading. She gets people in and out of that chair as quickly as possible and I've never seen her take a day off, even though I know she really deserves some vacation time. She is there every single time I go. To the person who made a negative review with rude comments about her, please know she often skips lunch and when she does have lunch she's just grabbing meals in between customers, so maybe one time you walked in and interrupted her lunch, but she still took care of you. She's been working to correct my overwaxed eyebrows and I'm happy with how they are turning out. I no longer let anyone touch my eyebrows but Kalpana. I've tried this place once and I will NEVER go back. The lady doesn't know how to do the classic Indian shape (thick, super defined, arched), since well, she's not Indian. She's okay if you desperately need your eyebrows cleaned up. But you're better off cleaning them up yourself with a plucker in my opinion... read more

I have come here one time before my attempt this evening and had a great experience. However, I stopped in at 8:45 to have some threading done since the mall closed at 9. I was told they were not taking anymore customers since she was counting her money. Super disappointed since they were open for another 15 minutes. So I actually have been going here for quite some time. Kalpana is ok. I expect that for $12 for 5-7 minutes of your time my eyebrows are cleaned up. I go to my car and in the light there are always several hairs obvious not cleaned so i am usually disappointed. So I expect a better job. I was recently in and I was told that I could only come every three weeks because customers were complaining about wait times? What? How is that soving a probelem? First of all, that is not my problem. The customer knows it is just her and if they do not like it well then leave or do what I do, wait. But to tell me that I cannot come because customers are waiting and that Eye Brow Arc told you you only have 5 minutes to work on your clients? So I pay $12 for what? A half botched, poorly done and rushed job because of others. So i can hear Kalpana sarcastically tell me not to pluck my eyebrows inbetween while telling me to look like chewbacca for 2 weeks?
