Whats up, Brevard county doesnt have many options when it comes to multi cultural ie ethnic hair cutting. The longest county in florida 71 miles, you could ask anyone where in each distinct area who has what coverage that can provide these styles tailored to these communities. Papi and Mami, represent the cape Canaveral community well. I was referred to them by a friend in the area who had a friend who gets his hair cut there, and i being from eau gallie Melbourne had to get a hair cut and shave bad while i was in the area for a few days. I understand the building is being possibly torn down soon and if so it would be a shame, unless the city covers the transfer costs. The atmosphere is fun and decorative with TV and WIFI, the hospitality is actually above average, you almost dont want to leave. The location is right next to city hall which makes it even more a staple of the community. Fun to talk to while you get your hair cut, or wait in the love seats waiting for your turn. Air conditioning pumping so your safe from the florida jungle swamp humidity outside, you cant ask for more. i was actually really surprised. I think i will reach out to city council member Angela Raymond and advocate to protect this minority owned business. I walked in a Saturday without an appointment, 3-4 minutes after their posted closing time. However, Belinda said she would be awhile her last client, so Nelson said he'd take me. You would never had known I was the last customer of the day. Nelson took his time to understand how I wanted my hair cut, and then he proceeded to cut it just that way. Moreover, he used an electric razor/clipper to shave the 2-day stubble on my face and neck and a straight razor around the ears and on the back of the neck. I even received their customary hot facial towel and a brief face and neck massage. Oh, and the haircut was great, too,and at a reasonable price. I'm just passing through the Cocoa Beach area, but this is the place I'd come regularly for haircuts if I lived here. read more

Everybody needs a little Belinda in their life! This girl is so so good at what she does and she is friendly, funny and super cute. I walked in last minute and she just happened to have a spot open and took me right away. I don't think I've ever been happier with a cut and color. She gave me a trim which was exactly what a wanted. A true trim...not several inches off like some places will do and she matched my natural color and covered all my "shinies" perfectly! Papi gave several cuts, a shave, and a black mask facial to customers while I was there. Everyone looked great! I cannot say enough good things about this place. When you arrive Nelson and Belinda are very warm and welcoming. The salon is clean, bright and has a family friendly atmosphere. This was my first time coming in. I needed a trim and had some concerns about my previous haircut causing a lot of breakage from too many layers. Belinda was attentive and took her time, listening to my concerns. She proceeded to give me a great cut and blowout! I also observed Nelson cutting a young mans hair, giving him a fade with the flip hair on top that's popular now. I couldn't help noticing how nice his skills are! I'm so happy I found this place. The cherry on top is the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this salon for ladies, gents and kids! I was recommended by my co-workers at zarella's. Make an appointment first because the haircuts are so clean here they stay booked all week. Even at that, I called in for a walk-in and they still made time for you. Time was really taken on my cut as well as a hot-towel shave, eyebrow shape-up, ear trim, and a straight-razor finish.
