You will not be disappointed. I am high maintenance. I am picky about who I work with. I am skeptical about putting trust into a stranger that is working on my highly sensitive and difficult skin. I am HONESTLY impressed with JO. She is remarkable! Professional, knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, thorough, honest, direct and very personable. We talked the entire session. I was there for almost 2 hours. I came in to try a micro-needling. The price was good for a first time Groupon micro-needling session and I was skeptical because it was $100. Jo came in and saw me, informed me of what the procedure would entail, was thorough, she took her time, looked at my skin, gave extractions, numbing cream, gave me a sheet mask after the micro-needling procedure and a calming cooling device, did NOT upsell her products, and gave me a sheet mask to take home for free. I am scheduling for another one in 4 weeks. I just told all my girlfriends about her because she is just lovely My skin is much less red today and looks dewy. I have no problem touching my own eyes or applying make-up, but having a tattoo needle right there felt nerve wracking. Jenn talked me through the entire process (prep, tattoo, healing/after care, and touch-up) and we discussed the various options thoroughly (color options, thin or thick line, wing tips, etc.). She allowed me the time to relax and feel comfortable. The tattoo itself felt "tickly" right at my lash line, but was not painful. I love the result!!
