Some hairstylists are just magic! Stacy Taylor Salon has managed to find them all and put them in one place! Every customer that came in in the time I was there left more beautiful and happier than when they entered. The atmosphere is clean, welcoming and they have the best hair washing sinks. I ended up here because my hairstylist, Taylor. relocated here. Taylor is amazing and I'd follow her anywhere. She gives a beautiful cut and is an extremely talented colorist. RUINED my hair!! I had gorgeous natural looking highlights and came here to get them touched up and add a few more to blend my roots. Somehow there was such miscommunication that she turned me into a BLONDE (see before & after pictures). I had to go somewhere else to get it toned dark because I didn't want to be so blonde! It wouldn't be the end of the world if she hadn't over bleach it so much. She used a heavy hand when applying the bleach and STARTED in the front and top section of my hair. This made the most visible parts of my hair the most damaged. I've never had a hairstylist start the highlighting process on the pieces around your Face. They completely fried while waiting on the back to "catch up". She then roughly scrapped/rubbed the bleach off the front, over-fried pieces with a towel which I'm sure caused even more breakage and damage. My hair is now gummy, elastic, broken, and frizzy. I hate it. I had to cut 5 inches off to attempt to make it better. It's been a month and I'm still SO upset which is why I'm finally writing a review. I paid $300 + $$ on repair products, just to ruin my healthy/natural looking hair. I'm still so dang upset and would do anything to go back and not walk into this salon that day. read more

My wife, my two kids, and I come here to get our hairs cut. Brittany does a fantastic job every time. There were two times I asked for a 'do that she didn't have a lot of experience with, and rather than risk my satisfaction, she referred me to someone else who were experts with what I wanted. This, to me, is an excellent example of top notch business ethics. Sacrificing their own bottom line to make sure the customer is happy. I'll never go to anyone else (unless she tells me to, but even then I'll try to convince her to just give it her best shot)! read more

Scheduled an appt for today weeks ago, was called right away to reschedule because the stylist I was booked with was not going to be in. They booked me with another stylist instead, ok fine. I texted that stylist confirming and confirmed my appt through text several times. I was heading out the door 30 mins prior to my appt and got a text that it was cancelled...not even a phone call. I had to call them to find out what happened. They had to put me on hold to tell me the stylist had to go home. If I had cancelled I would be charged but there is no recourse for the client if a stylist has to cancel and 30 mins before. I had this planned before a trip and now have no hair done. read more

While the stylist was very friendly, I wanted light brown caramel highlight and ended up with brownish red highlights instead. I went back to see if she could fix it and while the extra toner did help some my hair still has a lot of red in it. I've never had this issue with any other stylist and I've been getting highlights for over 6 years. Overall very disappointed with the results. Great experience. I called the day of apt to see if by chance I could get in for a retouch. Got my apt went there and I had a new girl who just started working there. Can't remember her name but, she was super good and paid close attention to detail. I got a retouch, shampoo and blow dry for under $60. The same thing services I was charged over $100. 2 miles down the street and was not happy with. I've told all my friends who were nit happy with the other salon about this place. All the girls there seemed very nice and knowledgeable. The place was clean and it felt very comfortable. Not at all hoity toity. Great affordable prices for a great job on corporate and style. read more
