You will not be disappointed. I am high maintenance. I am picky about who I work with. I am skeptical about putting trust into a stranger that is working on my highly sensitive and difficult skin. I am HONESTLY impressed with JO. She is remarkable! Professional, knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, thorough, honest, direct and very personable. We talked the entire session. I was there for almost 2 hours. I came in to try a micro-needling. The price was good for a first time Groupon micro-needling session and I was skeptical because it was $100. Jo came in and saw me, informed me of what the procedure would entail, was thorough, she took her time, looked at my skin, gave extractions, numbing cream, gave me a sheet mask after the micro-needling procedure and a calming cooling device, did NOT upsell her products, and gave me a sheet mask to take home for free. I am scheduling for another one in 4 weeks. I just told all my girlfriends about her because she is just lovely My skin is much less red today and looks dewy. I have naturally thicker eyebrows which I love and I typically just clean up the edges when I get them done to give them a nice shape. This girl gave me the thinnest eyebrows I've ever had, and I just feel like we should've talked about it before she took the hair away. (The consultation includes a standard questionnaire for safety guidelines and to make sure you're a candidate for the procedure.) With each step.... This is the best thing I've done for myself , it's amazing how important great eyebrows can change the look of your whole face for the better. Rhonda is a perfectionist , she spent about 45 minutes to an hour just measuring out the frame on my face, then had me make several expressions to make sure they looked even. She was extra careful about contamination and explained how she was using sterile, unused equipment on me that no one else uses. She explained everything in great detail and was extremely professional. She applied a numbing cream as well and I did not feel one thing throughout the entire process. Her prices are very fair & she truly takes her time . I wouldn't go to anyone else !
