Stay away! I was canceled on - twice in a row…read more I could've cried the second time. 1st time: I made an appointment over a week in advance. The stylist said that she was able to get me in the day before she went on vacation. The day before the appointment she messaged me &let me know that she was cleaning & felt like overdid it while cleaning & had to cancel my next-day appointment because she had broken a rib 2 months prior. I was SUPER DISAPPOINTED, but hey it happens. 2nd time: six months later. I decided to try this stylist again. I messaged her to see if she would be available the next day for a cut & color. She told me yes that she had a 9am slot open & asked me what I wanted to do. I responded & included photos. I didn't get a response from her but assumed that we had an appointment. I woke up the next day, got dressed & drove across town to be at this 9:00am appointment. She never showed & at 9:15am another stylist decided to text her personal phone to let her know that I was there. I finally received a response that her phone didn't receive any of my messages until right then & that she was sorry but she wouldn't be able to take me. This might have been a miscommunication, but I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED & this time humiliated because I had to walk out without any service after sitting there for 20min while the other women were using their reliable stylists. Getting ready when you have an appointment takes work! No one wants to be late so they get everything done early enough to be somewhere on time. It's a mutual respect for both parties to be on time at the appointment & communicate of unable to make it. I got ready for nothing. I am someone who has to research before making an appointment with a new stylist. I want to see their work. I don't want to walk out with a crazy cut & color. If it's bad work then it's throwing money away. So when a stylist cancels on me twice then it's a waste of so much of my time & energy. This stylist might rent her chair, but she represents the salon. I recommend finding a different salon where they don't allow their stylists to play these games with their customers and where reliability & quick response time is a priority.

I will definitely be back. My stylist, Emilee, listened to everything I wanted and delivered. Her balayage technique is uncommon in this area, both south and north Brevard. She made sure to explain the process and ensure my hair would remain healthy, which it did. My hair looks naturally sunkissed and not loaded with chunky highlights. My hair was looking muddy & not bright like I asked for. I hoped that Nicole could fix this by giving me some additional highlights. Nicole took one look at my hair and told me it could all be fixed by a clariying shampoo & that the other salon over toned my hair. I was skeptical, but 20 minutes later my hair was looking beautiful and the color was just what I was hoping for!! I JUST got my bangs trimmed no blow dry and it was $45. It's an okay trim, I have thick hair and it's not a flattering trim.
