I scheduled a hair consultation for a service I've had in the past (with a different salon). My hair is naturally dirty blonde and currently almost all of my hair is my natural hair (just my ends are bleached from a previous service). I was looking to do a double process/bleaching. It was my first time in the salon. The ladies greeted me warmly and offered me a bottle of water while I waited (I was 15 minutes early). The salon was quiet and clean. Some guests wore masks (personal preference) and no staff wore them (unless requested). I was quoted $100/hour service with an estimation of 5hours in the chair. $500!?!?! And 5hours?!?! I was dumb founded... but I booked the service. Out the door they offered me a sample hair product out the door (which I truly appreciated). I later called to cancel after contacting other salons in the area. Call rolled to voicemail... which I have no problem with (businesses get busy, I understand). I might return for a hair cut in the future depending on what their hair cut pricing is... but for now, $500 is twice of what I've ever paid for this service and reputable salons. read more

I moved to the area last fall and didn't have time to get my hair done for months. It had black roots 6 inches long and blond rest. Melissa came in on her off Sunday and spent almost 8hrs getting my hair back to a fresh blonde color, no demarcation lines and all blended together. I also got haircut with light layers. She did an initial cut on wet hair and final cut after it was blown dry. Something only very meticulous hair dressers will do. I especially loved how the owner dealt with a previous customer who gave her a not so good review, the owner expressed a fair and honest rebuttal and did it with kindness (that was actually what won me over). It can take a while to get in (they regularly book appointments) but, it's worth the wait. Ashley did my highlights and a trim. Ashley did a great job on my hair! Due to covid concerns, I haven't gotten my hair professionally done for about a year. She not only fit me in very last minute but she gave me a beautiful rich all over color, a fresh new cut and styled my hair. I showed up with a mask and happened to be the only one in the salon due to timing so I felt pretty safe. She also wore a mask which I really appreciated. I believe the stylists take their cue on mask wearing from customers so you may want to express your wishes before showing up. I am a customer of this salon for more than two years and I have done my hair with Melissa, and with Brianna; I must say both are amazing professionals, kind and super patient. This review is going to be for BRIANNA. I go through phases with my hair, for that reason to be my hairstylist is very difficult to say at least . I have been platinum blonde for all my life but, I was super tired of bleaching my hair and retouching every 8 weeks so, out of the blue, I decided to cut my hair and color it black. This was my first time with Brianna and she was super concerned about my decision so she explained everything that was about to happen with my hair very patiently and she made me feel comfortable with the decision. Since then, the black color already faded and Brianna transformed my hair in a completely new look and the best part is my hair now is healthy and ready to go back to my blond hair again. I have become an impatient person when comes to seat in a salon for 5 hours and I really appreciate Brianna for being so kind and respectful with my annoying grumpiness . I came here specifically for hair extensions as I always wanted them but there was never a reliable salon that did them well. Except for Salon Grace! My hair is on the longer and fair side. No worries though, as after the consultation meeting we had the appointment for putting in the extensions. I've loved every second of them since! Brianna is amazing. Due to a move from CA to FL and other life changes, I had neglected my hair for almost a year and had highlights that were completely grown out and brassy. I also had few patches of regrowth that were different lengths, from stress-related hair loss. Brianna spent so much time listening to my concerns and bringing my hair back to life! She gave me a full highlight with perfectly placed foils that seem to melt into my natural color (not stripey or chunky at all), plus a glaze and a masque. My hair has a lot of red undertones and I never thought I'd be able to achieve the perfect "beige" blonde that I wanted, without gold/warm tones, but it happened today! My cut was great as well. In addition to cutting just the right amount to remove dead ends, Brianna did a surface cut to help smooth my baby hairs and regrowth -- which has made a huge difference.
