Quick update after my service Tuesday... I had an appointment for the blowout pedi special and a manicure. The blowout was lovely and quite quick! It should be noted: it is basic: just wash and blowout.. no options for style unless you want to pay extra. The woman I had been to 3 times before is no longer working there which saddened me beyond belief! I was with a new esthetician, which it was her first day. I was patient during the 2.5+ hour mani and pedi. I asked for a few things to be touched up on my mani and she obliged. I didn't want to overwhelm her, but it ended up looking a bit worse. The owner did come over and touch up my pedi after she looked it over. I was left a little more than taken back as I checking out as I was charged $80 for all three services. Which should have been $65. I had spent 3.5 hours in the salon and was left with less than lovely nails and a larger bill than anticipated. As soon as I returned home I called the salon to politely express my uneasiness with my mani and charges. The blowout special was $50 and the mani is $15. That does not equal $80. She seemed surprised that I would voice my concern and offered $10 off my next appointment!?. I asked if I could have the other nail technician repaint my nails since I was not happy with them and she stated she would call me back. No return call, so I called back the following morning and left a message. The receptionist texted me offering to charge me $5 to repaint my nails. I responded and politely declined as I felt I was not being treated fairly- overcharged, unsatisfactory chipping mani and now wanting me to pay to have it corrected. She responded to that they were going to reimburse me once I came in. It just all felt very unprofessional. In closing I am going with my gut instinct and look for a new salon. Sadly. read more

I've had my lashes Lifted & Tinted now for the past 3 years and Lash-ology has done my lashes twice now and they do a better job than anyone else. Sarah has been doing my lashes to perfection for almost 2 years. This weekend she was unfortunately unavailable, so I booked my fill at the Lash Lounge in Viera, which was very convenient, because it is very close to my home. That experience gave me an opportunity to see what else is out there, and made me appreciate Sarah that much more. The best way I can describe the difference between the two is that the Lash Lounge is basically the Great Clips of haircuts, while Sarah is a true artist. Although the Lash Lounge has high reviews, I could see if people don't know any different, or don't have anything to compare it to, how that makes sense for them. For myself, I am thankful that I only have to keep this generic fill for two weeks before I see Sarah again. The spa was quite nice; very serene and clean. The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. Apple maps took me to the back of the salon where I mistook it as the front. There is metered parking behind the salon ($2.50/hr or $10/day for anything over 4 hrs) I had Tee as my lashologist and I must say she was fantastic. I like my lashes more on the natural side so I got the classic. She asked all the right questions to make my lashes look great. I have been getting my lashes done for about 8 years and I get really nervous going to a new place but I'm so glad I found her. I love when you can go to a salon, tell them to make you feel pretty whether it be lashes, nails, hair... they ask you a few questions and can deliver. That's my definition of a professional versus you go to a place, they give you what they can do and you leave saying yeah, I got my lashes done. If you're looking for lashes, I highly recommend Tee. Kate took very good care of me and took the time to fix my lashes from the last person that did them (from a different location). Since it was my first time, I didn't know the potential damage that the last tech did to my eyelashes. She not only fixed them, but made them look better than the first time. This business is open and operating, although maybe they should not be. I just went in to get my lashes filled (I have an appointment every three weeks) and I had to walk out today and will be looking for another service because this establishment chooses to not wear masks despite their sign on the door. In the past I've been the only patron at my appointment time, but today there were 6 people in the space besides myself and only one other patron waiting was wearing a mask properly. The technician I was about to see was wearing the mask under her nose. The receptionist wasn't wearing mask at all, and was walking back and forth in the salon. Two people, a patron and her guest, were crowded together without wearing masks, working close to the nail technician who had the mask under her chin. When I asked "doesn't this establishments require everyone to wear masks?" the response I got was a strange explanation why I shouldn't worry about it. When I told them that I was assured ahead of time that everyone would wear masks and asked what their safety procedures were, I was told defensively "we can't force everyone to wear a mask." While I feel bad for the lash tech Oma losing business, and wasting an hour and a half driving there and back, I had to walk out. I was offered to reschedule, but why would I if they are not practicing safe procedures when my eyes are open-- what happens my eyes are taped shut? Also, the fact that they are so casually in violation of a city mandate, I wouldn't recommend anyone going here. I'm sure there are other business looking for steady clients through safety, trust and integrity. read more

Love this place! Sarah the owner is a sweetheart and her employees are too. I have been getting lashes for approx 8 years in NJ. I have always gone to only one person, whom I love but when she left on maternity leave I had to go to someone else, the lashes were constantly falling off and she was constantly blaming me. I called a day ahead and was able to book a microdermabrasion, a massage and eyelash extensions all for the next day. Was welcomed by a friendly receptionist, and greeted warmly by each staff member that performed my services. The owner is incredibly unprofessional and will talk bad about clients TO other clients as well as gossip about their personal and private information. Nothing is off limits, highly sensitive information is spread amongst the spa. The eyelash extensions might be great but PLEASE, please, please be self-aware and hyper-vigilante of what you say and how you convey yourself. Make sure you're being charged accordingly, ask for receipts, double check your belongings when there. The other services being performed are lower in price but the quality is so tasteless & average that it's almost unethical to even be offering them! I've seen her degrade clients as well as blatantly mock their intelligence to their face and also behind their backs. You are better off somewhere more professional even if they're higher in price! read more

Got a lash lift done. Definitely wasn't what i was expecting and after i looked in my mirror i noticed straight lashes below the curled ones that hadn't been put up to be lifted. Not much of a difference at all after looking at pictures i took before the lift. Lady that did my lashes didn't talk at all and didn't ask if i was alright or if anything felt weird at any point even though it was my first time getting it done. Brow tint was okay-- definitely not the best either. Wish i could get the $45 back that was spent on the eyelash lift. read more
