Savanna usually did my nails before, but she was busy. so a woman same names like my name Mia did my nails mia uhhhhhsssiii nasty, nasty, she had such as bad breath. And without care she was doing my nails, and a terrible bad mood , she was talking so load, almost screaming the new owner because he was having fun with my two sisters that were having a deluxe pedicure. Very expensive by the way, to got this bad unprofessional treatment. The guy was nice doing a good massage, but this woman Amy was so upset and jealous, I don't know if this guy is her husband or her boyfriend, but she was unhappy. so she started screaming him in her languages. One of my sister understood everything she was saying, and talking bad about American , She couldn't believe how evil was her mouth. Her job was so unprofessional, her face was so mean, and her attitude was nasty even with a poor Indian woman that was doing my other sister pedicure. I felt so bad for the Indian nail tech, for The guy. and Savanna, I will be back, because I want Savanna get out there. She always do my nails, she needs her own places. That woman was more concerned about the guy, that finish my gel nails. Which was such as bad work. I Don't know how people can open a business without be an A+ PROFESSIONAL likes Andrew and Carol. Andrew and Carol were always so unique and professional. I can't believe Savanna is working for this nasty b.s, nasty attitude. , I know she is so unhappy, and miserable, but it is not a customer services, sorry for Andrew who left his clients, to people likes this. I hope Savanna open her own business likes she wants. She haves a lot follows, and clients likes me she doesn't deserve this type of business. . read more

Went in for mani/pedi. I was greeted monotonously by a girl Amy I'm not convinced was even licensed to do nails. The salon was dirty. I did see some of the tools were sterilized. But everything else was covered in a layer of 'funk'. The pedi started out ok. First thing That usually tells me I'm in a crappy place is when they cut my cuticles. That's a no no. You can tell the supplies they buy are the cheapest of cheap just by the way they smell. I had to ask for a third coat of the color I chose for my toes and it still looked pale compared to the bottle. It seemed she wanted to use as little polish as possible. After the pedi, a different girl started my nails. The acrylic set I received is terrible. They're uneven and very poorly shaped. Sloppy and embarrassing. I asked for a very simple black star with a striping brush on one finger on each hand. And apparently that was just too much to ask. She acted as though it were an impossible feat. In Vietnamese, she told the girl who did my pedi to do the star on my nails. I also wanted an anchor on big toes. The stars are mediocre, but the anchors are poor. You cannot even tell what they are. I was charged $50 and left a $10 tip. I felt it was not worth a fight I would just lose and definitely didn't want to even attempt another set. I'm the type of person that doesn't necessarily need to make small talk with the tech, but some sort of friendly acknowledgment is appreciated. This was a bland and boring salon. With techs who obviously do not take their craft seriously. read more

My first experience with Nails & More was a pleasant one. They accepted me as a walk-in for a regular pedicure and shellac manicure. I thoroughly enjoyed my pedicure, especially the use of a hot stone for massaging the legs. I appreciated that this was part of their regular pedicure as most places tend to keep a regular pedicure pretty basic. My shellac manicure was done by a different nail technician. She was so patient and gave thoughtful input to what nail color would work best. Overall, the work done on my nails was clean and beautiful! This, however, wasn't what stood out for me and it's not the reason why I'll be coming back. I knew this nail salon was different than most places during the first two minutes of walking in. I noticed that all the nail technicians were engaged in conversations with their clients rather than with each other. For anyone who has been to a nail salon at least once may understand that this is pretty rare. It really ruins the experience when you're busy worrying if the person working on your nails is making comments about you to their colleagues. I'm happy to find a nail salon where the nail technicians are professional, helpful, and friendly! read more

I do not live in Melbourne, but if I did, this would be my regular pedicure salon! Mia helped me set up a Bridal party of manicures and pedicures. The service was excellent and friendly. Mia accommodated all of us at the same time and even set up a reception table and had balloons for us! Plus, we were in and out in record time and off to our rehearsal dinner with the most beautiful toes! I recommend the deluxe spa pedicure. We each had a different type and ALL we thrilled with our smooth and shiny skin. The wide range of polish made us happy. We love Nails and More! read more

This place is simply fantastic, they have a very friendly atmosphere and get the job done while keeping you satisfied. It's all family run and you can really feel that in the shop, it's clean and they use high quality products. I will be visiting them from now on, especially their newest member Savannah, she's new to the nail scene but Andrew *the owner* knew what he was doing hiring her. read more
