I drive all the way from Orlando to see her now because no one else is allowed to touch these brows. She has become someone I consider a good friend. She is amazing to talk to and always makes sure you leave happy. I highly recommend her to anyone that is a perfectionist like me. She has been doing this for a really long time and knows what she's doing. All her products are natural with none of those add chemicals. Giving to small businesses is so important to me and to know it's just her has made me a loyalist for life.

I moved to Melbourne not long ago and have been looking for a waxing place that I can feel…read morecomfortable and confident at. The Waxing Factory was just that. When I walked in I felt like I was walking into a well established business. Tee was wonderful, personable and great at her job. As I put in my booking notes- I'm extremely pregnant- lol- like, due in 2 weeks.... so I was nervous about a new waxing location. With a full Brazilian, the pain was minimal and the results were great. I'm so happy to have found this location. It'll be my go-to waxing place from now on. I highly recommend getting your waxing services here!

Love the waxers, Naja and Ileana, but the policies are definitely a HUGE SCAM. I had a monthly…read moremembership and, because I didn't come in every month, I accumulated several unused credits. When I brought a friend in and tried to use my credits to cover both of our services, I was told that wasn't allowed. This was confusing, as the membership agreement clearly states: "Unused paid services in membership can be used as store credit. Store credit can be gifted to one spouse, sibling, parent, or friend." What isn't made clear is that the only way to convert those unused services into store credit is to cancel your membership -- which means forfeiting the monthly service you've already paid for. Additionally, the gifted credits can only be used by someone who already has an account. Those important limitations are not obvious upfront. Very disappointed in the ethics of this business.
