I wish that they would bring back their classy, timeless styles from the past. Nonetheless, I still occasionally shop here for clothes. This month, J. Crew Factory had a promotion for an extra discount on sale items. I bought a pair of jeans for only $12 plus $7 for shipping and handling! Three days, later this distribution center mailed my jeans. A simple exchange would not have cost them anything as the shoes were 100% unworn. If the shoes were no longer in stock, I would have understood paying a restocking fee of a reasonable percentage in exchange for store credit. Instead I was RUDELY dismissed.
