I was planning on making a simple exchange of brand new shoes (just needed a smaller size) and was turned away. I was never told about the 10 days policy and since I had gotten a text receipt - the policy was not in writing on the receipt either. They did not attempt to offer any sort of accommodation. A simple exchange would not have cost them anything as the shoes were 100% unworn. If the shoes were no longer in stock, I would have understood paying a restocking fee of a reasonable percentage in exchange for store credit. Instead I was RUDELY dismissed. I cannot recommend this shop based on this poor experience.

Two minutes in Rosario's she greeted me, recognized I was new, showed me around her salon and boutique and then did an excellent job on my hair. I have been coming to Roanoke now for six months and will not go to anyone else. Her salon is the bright pink building with plenty of parking behind it - you cannot miss it!
