The coffee was good, but they didn't follow the order and skipped me and made it for their familiar customers first.

Cute little cafe in Clyde Hill. As a person who lives for a great cup of coffee, the coffee was pretty underwhelming. I added a dash of cream and immediately saw how light the coffee was- not full bodied in any way- disappointing. The cafe itself is cute- love the honeycombs and bee's. I tried the breakfast sandwich which was tasty. It was served with some pretty sour grapes. Service was welcoming. Overall- it meets the need for coffee if you need some caffeine.

After walking across the 520 to Medina, my friends and I stopped to brunch at Queen Bee Cafe. It's a wonderful tucked-away little cafe with great vibes and a nice selection of foods. FYI, it's a walk up and order then sit yourself down place. I was super curious about their drinks but just decided on the Prosciutto and Arugula Sandwich. I thought the sandwich was super yummy albeit a bit small, but I had a couple of qualms. One, there was chicken in the sandwich.. which I loved, but it was unexpected since it wasn't listed on the menu board. I was a little sad b/c brie was mentioned as an ingredient but I felt like there was barely any. But honestly, the sandwich was so good that it wasn't a big deal! Next time I'm in Medina I'd love to come back.

This is my favorite spot in Seattle! It's all the way out in Clyde Hill. They used to have a location in Capitol Hill, but it unfortunately shut down. The cafe is so thoughtfully decorated, with a warm bright interior and tons of honeycomb and bee inspired creations. The crumpets I had were heavenly--they were warm and paired with whipped cream, a drizzle of honey, fresh honeycomb, and even edible flower petals. They offer a wide selection of lattes too to pair something a little bitter with the sweet. If it weren't so far, I'd be there all the time! It does close fairly early in the afternoon, but it seems like a good spot to work (not too busy, lots of others reading or on their laptops, and outlets available). They also have savory crumpets that I would love to try, with one featuring Beecher's and blueberry compote. It's on the pricey side, but after a long walk or workout or on a perfect Sunday morning, Queen Bee hits the spot!

Beautiful space to meet up, or enjoy a coffee and/or food. The patio is nice too. Coffee is great. Paninis are great. I wish they had salads. Chocolate chip cookie was good too. I'll definitely come back when in the neighborhood. Service is friendly and pretty fast.

We ran across this cafe by chance driving By & decided to try it. Coffee was great, both had really great flavor. The Orange Chocolate Mocha was an interesting flavor. They have an extremely limited menu, so it's not the best time to stop by if you're looking for food. Pretty decent amount of tables/chairs that were spread out. The decor is really cute inside. I would come again for the coffee!

The coffee 16 oz come in large glasses and wasn't just ice. The servers were all nice especially when the restaurant was really busy. Even at 8:30am there was a small wait to get seated on a Sunday. I'd definitely recommend friends and family to come here especially with not many American breakfast spots in the east side of Bellevue. The seats and table were clean. Most of their tables just seat 4 but they made 6 work for us by turning their table 90 degrees

It comes served with their house made honey sauce and berry compote which was yum. Salad, Eggs and sausage were pretty basic. Service throughout the meal was okay. There was one server in particular that seemed grumpy? Like she was done with and over the day. Plus the fact that food took quite awhile to come out. Overall, an okay spot. Pretty standard fare with okay service and longer waits

Although the feeling sitting in is spacious, there is a good amount of ambient noise, likely bouncing off of the cement structure/framing of the building. There are floor to ceiling windows spanning the length of the place, as well as on the sides, adding to the amount of light and airy feel inside. The matcha - I was pleased to taste that they used very good quality matcha powder. The drink was smooth, creamy, and a little sweet from the vanilla syrup. The seafood tartine- I was a little disappointed to see the seafood to toast ratio. I wish they gave twice as much of the seafood mixture. That said, they did give ample toast. It was more than double the width of a normal slice. The texture of the bread was also soft. It was moist and dry at the same time - hard to describe. You could tell they didn't skimp on the butter. It reminded me a little of corn bread, but didn't taste like cornbread at all. There was a hint of sweetness as well. Honestly you could have the toast plain and it was very nice. The staff was very friendly and efficient. My food and drink came out quickly each time. They also move through customers in line pretty quickly. I would absolutely come back to work here again, or just for a cheeky coffee and pastry. Maybe next time with headphones. :) Parking - I just parked at the library and walked the couple blocks over. Additional: they have baby changing station in the lady's restroom.

A Filipino Breakfast Experience You'll Never Forget…read more What can I say about Ludi's Restaurant? It's one of the most memorable, heart‑warming Filipino dining experiences I've ever had. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, inviting, and full of soul--the kind of place where comfort food and genuine hospitality meet. We were even lucky enough to sit with a member of the family, who shared the history behind the restaurant. That personal touch made the meal feel even more special, like we were being welcomed into someone's home rather than just another breakfast spot. And the food--absolutely incredible. Every dish was comforting, flavorful, and deeply satisfying... exactly what you want in a Filipino breakfast. What We Ordered - Porkchop Breakfast -- Two beautifully breaded pork chops served with eggs, potatoes, toast, jam, and a rich brown mushroom gravy. Crispy, hearty, and delicious. - Lumpia‑Silog -- Seasoned beef wrapped in a perfectly fried eggroll wrapper. Crunchy, savory, and addictive. - Loco‑Moco -- A seasoned ground beef patty smothered in that same brown mushroom gravy. Pure comfort. - And as a special treat, the owner brought out oxtail for us to try--tender, flavorful, and unforgettable. Everything we tasted was delicious, soulful, and cooked with love. I truly can't rave enough about this place. If you want a breakfast that feels like a warm hug, Ludi's is it.

We also shared the combo silog which was a great way to sample more of the menu. I enjoyed the garlic rice and ilocos especially. The diner feels so cozy and homey - old photos of the owner and customers and magnets his guests left are a nice touch. Friendly and attentive service despite the busyness.

My mom recently had a 75th birthday and the woman loves a sweet treat! I know that when I would fly over from NY, this would be one of our first stops. I wanted to take both my parents out for coffee and dessert. Our waitress was an absolute dream. The service was so stellar that morning. Yes, we ate cake at 9:39 am but it was way after our breakfast and before our nice walk in downtown Kirkland. We looked at the desserts before sitting down. There was a tray of a rhubarb crumb that looked good. I asked for that and the chocolate cake. I ordered a large cappuccino, my dad an americano and my mom got a latte. While the coffees were being made someone came in and snagged the whole tray because of Mother's Day. We made a decision to get the carrot cake. Secretly I think my dad was hoping for a Carrot Cake. We enjoyed both cakes and the cake slices were huge! I love baking myself and understand ingredients are not cheap so I believe they are very much worth the price. The space was nice and clean. Everyone's food around us looked delicious. I will definitely be back to try out the food next time I come to visit.
