We've used them before and they are probably the absolute best collision center in the Tucson area. Today they did work for me for free. I was amazed. It was relatively minor scratch and scrape damage but saved me almost $1200 in repaint costs. The scrapes were from a hit and run in a parking lot but were visually noticeable damage to the fiberglass. My wife was devastated and now she's elated. Thanks Quebedaux. I got into an accident and my insurance State Farm recommended this place. I wish I never got involved with this business, the repairs they did were alright but I got my car back in poor condition and the airbags weren't dealt with more the entire srs system as a whole. I got my car with my brake pedal cover detached and a bunch of scuff and dirt marks on the interior, my car was leaking fluids right after I got it and I had to give it back to them just for them to say there's nothing they can do and it had to be sent to a dealership. This place caused a lot of headaches and should've admitted they couldn't handle the repairs then pretend to fix them. This business will dodge your calls if they sense they're at fault for anything. read more

He followed up to make sure we were completely satisfied with the quote needed to provide to my insurance company. I was in a minor accident that caused some body damage to the left, front bumper of 2008 Hybrid Lexus. I dropped my car off at Quebedeaux Collision Center on December 13. They had my care for just over two weeks. I picked up my car and drove home, only to have the ENTIRE engine shut off on a very busy road. No gas, no engine. Complete failure. I was almost in a couple of accidents due to Quebedeux's negligence to my car. They did come out to help but they told me "we don't work on hybrid cars." Ok, that's weird. They were able to get the car working, only again to run into another issue with my car not starting. 50/50 of the time, the Lexus would start, no problem. The other 50% of the time, the car literally shakes and the engine rattles so loudly. I took the Lexus BACK to them (third time) and then now they tell me they don't work on hybrids. Why in the world would they accept a hybrid vehicle when they don't work on them? I dropped off a completely good, useable car with some minor bumper damage. What I received was literally a piece of shit car. I'd like to call this fraud since they knowingly took my car into get repairs, when they don't know how to work with hybrids. I called my insurance company and filed a formal complaint there as well. Do not use this collision center. It has created nothing but more stress and headaches having to deal with those people. read more

4/25/17 UPDATE: Spoke with Chris (manager of the collision center) who profusely apologized and said he spoke with the entire staff about the problem to make sure it doesn't happen again. He addressed all of my concerns and reiterated that their repair has a lifetime guarantee. Thanks for turning around a bad situation Chris. DO NOT COME HERE. If you come here make sure to avoid the estimator Ric (Richard Miranda). I have never dealt with worse customer service. Details below but in short, my car stayed in the shop 2 extra days. There was no communication from Ric/Quebedeaux (I never got 1 call from them). They went out of their way to ignore my calls and then gave me someone else's paperwork when I finally did pick up my car. They also tried to charge me $100 extra dollars. They claim they don't want to push the workers to be timely because of fear of retaliation. AWFUL customer service. Wednesday: After getting an estimate early in the week, I brought my car in on a Wednesday. I was told it would be done by Tuesday and promised that I would receive a phone call with an update on Friday. I was going to be out of town Thursday-Monday so I didn't get a rental car. Friday: Friday comes and goes, no update. Monday: I call them on Monday afternoon for an update. Ric goes "ooooh uhhhmm you know it's probably going to be done on Wednesday now." I mention that he assured me it would be done on Tuesday and he tells me he will see what he can do and will call me with an update Tuesday morning. Ok, great. Tuesday: No call from him all day. I call Tuesday afternoon and am told it will be Wednesday evening for sure but he will call Wednesday and let me know what time. Ok...the promised update would have been nice. He tells me that he is "scared to rush the workers because he doesn't want them to retaliate and do a bad job on purpose." WTF kind of business is this? Wednesday: No call all day. I call Wednesday afternoon and Ric tells me to 'hold' and that he's going to check on the car. I'm on hold for 10 minutes before it hangs up. I call back 30 minutes later and am told Ric is still gone and will call me back. I call back FOUR HOURS LATER and finally get through to Ric. I ask him what has been going on and why he hasn't EVER called me back. (Keep in mind I have called Quebedeaux about 10 times over the last week and haven't received 1 call from Ric.) He never apologizes once and doesn't mention why he had me 'on hold' for four hours. He tells me he doesn't want to rush the workers and will call me on Thursday to let me know when to come get my car. Thursday: He never calls. I call around noon and he's "away". I call again an hour later and am told he will call me back. I wait another hour with no call. I call again, no answer. I call again and finally get through and tell him I need to know immediately when I can get my car and to stop giving me the run around. Suddenly "oh yes it's about to go into detail now it will be done around 4:15." No more communication after that. I showed up and it was done. The car looked fine and I go to pay. Ric tells me it will be $1500. I remind him that no it's $1400 because my insurance takes $100 off for going to your shop. He goes "uhhhh ya ok there's a note about that in here but let me go make sure." He turns around and asks his coworker who immediately says "yes. $100 off." He SAW the note in there and was just going to ignore it and charge me FRAUDULENTLY. I finally get the paperwork/receipts and get in my car. I realize that he gave me someone else's paperwork and immediately ask for him to email me the correct receipts. He says he is out of the office and will get to it on Friday. Friday: I again ask him to send the receipt. No response. No receipt. It is now Monday and I have my car but no receipts for the work they did. Unbelievably shady. Bottom Line: This experience was so stressful with the awful customer service and exactly what I didn't need after an accident. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. I have my call logs and text logs documenting this entire nightmare if ya wanna see for yourself. Ric continues to ignore me. I got my paperwork from Michelle. read more

When I went I pick up my car not only was my bumper fixed, but so was a dent outside of the area that they were fixing. My car was also detailed and absolutely beautiful when I picked it up! I wish State Farm could have done as good as Quebedeaux did. Long story short, I had an accident in Phoenix ( I live in Phoenix ) on May 9th. After over 2 weeks of them trying to total my car, I got permission to get it to the collision team at Q. I know the Body Shop Manger Chris, and have seen the work they have done at the shop. Because I am so picky, I know Chris was hesitant to take the job on. Not because of how bad the damage was, but honestly because I am a pain in the ass. The original estimate before I got it to Tucson was close to 24K. In less time than the original repair time estimate,and over 7k less than the estimate State Farm got, our Chrysler 300 looks, and performs better than it did before the accident. They didn't do anything special because I knew Chris, they did the work I have seen them do because they are that good. I highly recommend them, and would not hesitate to use them again if needed. read more

Yeah I'm never going to this place again unless I'm completely forced to. Went here because they've been in business a very long time and we just needed to get our car fixed because of the GM recalls, the car is still broken. They've said they put in the new GM parts and GM says that they never did, and now I'm having to deal with this all over again and it hasn't even been a year. GM is also at fault too, but I thought at least Quebedeaux would make this a less painful experience, guess not. read more

I brought my truck in for a small fender mishap. I will admit the price was high. But the work was done early and they completely detailed the truck. Great for insurance repairs! Took in my car after a hydroplaning run-in with a median that damaged my bumper, suspension, and two wheels/tires. Got the car back and they'd not only completed the work quickly and completely, but they'd washed the car and detailed the interior. Courteous, efficient staff and a nice, clean location. Based on the total for my repair, they could be a bit pricey for out-of-pocket repairs, but for insurance work, I highly recommend Quebedeaux. read more
