Quantum had an auto I was interested in but they were located 40 miles away from where I live. Because I wanted my own mechanic to look it over and it would have been quite a drive for me, they sent a driver with it to accommodate my needs. Unfortunately the car was not a good fit for me, but the sales service was exceedingly helpful, honest and professional and a pleasure to deal with. read more

This is a very unscrupulous place that scams customers. Do not buy a car here unless you want trouble; they are extremely deceitful.

Don't buy a car here. They promised to install the correct size tires and rims at time of purchase- I relied on that promise to buy the car. They never followed through. I am still owed a refund. Protect yourself and document everything: report them to the DMV, Better Business Bureau, and Federal Trade Commission. You should consult an attorney and can file a Small claims court or Superior court. read more

I heard a lot of bad reviews about this dealership and honestly I had great experience it was easy . If you already know what you want and the price in mind they're willing to help you and work something out read more

I never thought I would write a review from a place of disappointment and sadness, but I feel a responsibility to do so in order to prevent others from going through the same experience I had at this dealership. I came here in November looking to buy a truck. From the beginning, I was very clear about my budget and the out-the-door price I could afford. I spent an entire day negotiating, repeatedly confirming the final price and receiving the same verbal reassurance over and over: "Yes, that's the price." The process was exhausting, confusing, and honestly disrespectful. Everything felt intentionally designed to wear you down, overwhelm you, and pressure you into signing without full clarity. At the end of the day, already drained, I was again verbally assured that the agreed-upon price was correct and that any different numbers shown in the paperwork were "just DMV or internal administrative matters." I trusted that explanation. I signed. That was my mistake. When I got home and carefully reviewed the contract, I realized the truth: the final price was not what we had agreed on. I ended up paying approximately $3,000 more than the price discussed throughout the entire negotiation. I returned to the dealership early the next morning seeking an explanation. What I received instead was denial, avoidance of responsibility, and a complete lack of empathy. No one was willing to help. Everything was deflected back to the same person, who made it clear that since I had signed, nothing else mattered. When I asked about California consumer protections and the possibility of canceling the contract, it became obvious that everything had already been carefully structured to leave me with no real options. This was not a mistake, it was calculated. This situation caused me significant stress and anxiety. It wasn't just about the money. It was the feeling of being manipulated and taken advantage of when exhausted and under pressure. I was purchasing this vehicle during an important moment in my life, with my child about to be born, trying to make a responsible decision and instead I experienced something completely dehumanizing. I understand that this is a business and that car dealerships negotiate. But this was not fair negotiation. This was taking advantage of a customer's vulnerability. I strongly urge you to be extremely careful. Do not rely on verbal promises. Read every line. Do not sign anything if something doesn't exactly match what you were told, no matter how much pressure is applied. I am not writing this review expecting a response from the dealership. After being mocked and dismissed in person, I have no interest in receiving a polished or hypocritical reply here. I am writing this to close this chapter and, more importantly, to warn others. If this review helps even one person avoid being misled the way I was, then sharing this experience is worth it. read more

My Quantum Auto Sales experience was Top Notch! The entire purchase, paperwork, delivery were handled so smoothly, and rapidly it was fantastic! It is really rare, these days, to see such a hardworking, professional and courteous group. They got back to me right away when I had questions. They were proactive, and on top of the details, and reached out when they needed to keep me informed about the process. It was amazingly smooth, front to back! Many thanks to the Quantum Auto Team! Aaron, Isela, 'Baz', and Jorge were great to work with, and I'll definitely keep Quantum in mind for any future purchase. Erik read more

BEWARE OF GOING HERE!!!! If I can give negative reviews, I will. I came there seeking to sell my car and I was "welcomed" by two men who was sitting outside. Did not welcome me nor was friendly. They were staring at me the entire time. Then, the younger gentleman took my phone from me, did not even ask permission when taking the VIN number. Very rude, very unprofessional when he was talking to me. Never suggesting this to anyone! Buying or selling car? Never go here! read more

I am not happy with my purchase at this dealership. Jorge Lopez lies about giving you a "good deal" he doesn't respond to your voice mails nor returns phone calls. I don't recommend this place. I recently purchased a 2020 Chevy Silverado truck with 75k miles and unfortunately I recently discovered it came with a major issue; it slams its gears when making a stop. It's the transmission! While waiting for my plates I encountered another issue. What a waste of time! They don't communicate with one another and definitely not with you. Definitely worst auto experience. Cons: *Bad customer service. *Sales men who lie. - tell me to come in to get my car detail but service department says no. *Service department- very combative when talking to regarding service. They did not want to help me at all. *People at quantum definitely just looking for the sale. After you leave the lot, customer service out with it. *Best chances to take another car dealership. The attitude and atmosphere definitely not something you want to deal with especially on a a car investment. *If I was probably Hispanic, they would have given me better service. read more

I came across this dealership about late June, I found the car of my dreams here and I was so worried it would get sold out due to it being in high demand- but luckily a guy named Aaron Ruiz who contacted me and I explained how it would take me maybe a month and a half to get the car and get the money for it, not only did he hold the car for me but he even made it easier for me to pay, with a little negotiation he was able to lower the price to my abilities. He FaceTimed me when I was away and couldn't come in to see it face to face, he took millions of photos and videos of the car when I asked him to, it genuinely felt like I was already driving the car, I was never pressured into paying anything or forcing myself to do anything I didn't want, not only that but when I was ready to get the car I didn't have a ride to take me from my place to quantum auto sales and he set up a safe ride for me that took me there exactly, he let me test drive it, answer all questions, installed a new battery, cleaned the car and filled it up with gas. He truly is one of a kind and a rare car dealer, you won't regret working with him, thank you so much Aaron! read more
