Passenger window trim was not reinstalled correctly and but a gash in the tint. When calling to get this repaired was told I'd have to wait for an opening in their schedule - you're kidding me. Needed my vehicle to travel to a funeral. Stopped at the shop and one of the guys was able to fix the trim and I would have to return to fix the tint. Again, called for an appointment and had to wait several days. When the tint was replaced, there were air bubbles. They said to wait a week and they would go away. Four months later, they are still there. It is just not worth it to wait on appointment for them to mess up my tinting again. Lousy customer service, lousy install, never, ever will use them again.
