They left the yard so clean that you wouldn't have even known they had been there. We've used them for the original roof several years ago and new siding a couple years ago. The prices were very reasonable. I hope we don't need to call them any time soon, but I would if I needed similar services. I know they're supposed to be but they were great before the sale. The sales team kept in touch, came out to walk us through the process. They even stopped by to pick up a check. And it didn't feel pushy or sleazy. I felt like they genuinely wanted to serve us.

Victor came out and conducted a garage attic inspection using a tall ladder ceiling hatch. He didn't enter the lighted attic but just did a visual inspection using a flashlight. After his inspection, Victor claimed one side of my roof needed an asphalt roofing patch. What he didn't tell me was that, five to six feet from his attic ladder inspection, was an extremely obvious water pipe leak that had created black fungus on nearby wood. So obvious you could easily view without a flashlight. So what we have here is deceiving a possible customer by telling him he has a roofing leak when, in reality, a plumber was needed to correct the interior water pipe leak. Thus, my one-star rating, which actually should be lower.

The owner, Stephen, was the only roofer I spoke with who spoke to me as a person, answering any questions and concerns I had before, during and after the process (involving more than aesthetics of course). I'm upset I have to say this in this day and age, but as a female he also didn't talk to me as though I'd only care about aesthetics or assume/inquire about a husband before/during discussions. People are people- gender aside and I wanted to understand the process and quailing of the shingles I was paying for as much anyone with a wallet. Thank you Stephen! That seems important to mention. Stephens crew was extremely efficient. They appropriately cared for landscaping around my house before removing the old shingles and they did a stellar job with clean up at the end of the job. I definitely recommend SNap Roofing to anyone looking for an honest, straight forward, quality and excellent local roofer!

Apparently they are unfamiliar with the fact that they are on Groupon so I had to call back when someone from the company was in the office to get on the schedule. They had availability for two weeks later. I wasn't in a rush so I don't mind the wait. I wasn't scheduled for the 12-4 time window. On the day of I had a work commitment that came up last minute. They were very accommodating when I called so I was pushed further back on the timeslot till after 3 PM so I could be home for the service. The technician Isaiah arrived and informed me what he was going to do. Afterwards he sent me a detailed report with photographs of my gutter system. Thankfully, everything looked good and I did not require any additional services after the cleaning and tuneup.

For the first time I realize I had been hearing a fair amount of outside noise (which I'd apparently gotten used to), because these windows/doors are soundproof; now I don't hear anything at all from outside! And even better, the windows are easy to open, and my sliding glass doors actually slide well in the track, and are not shaking and drafty when it's windy outside -- major improvements from my old, builder-grade, 20+ year-old windows/sliding door. Further, the service crew was excellent -- careful, kind, professional, efficient, and they cleaned up everything afterwards. Roger, the foreman, has been doing this work for almost 30 years, and Jose, who single-handedly carried in/out the windows/doors, has been doing this work for 10+ years. I didn't get the name of the quiet third service person who was mostly outside and on the ladders, also very efficient. fyi, they did mention that working on the 4th floor of our condos from ladders was a bit more challenging as the original builder-grade windows had been made to fit by being packed/taped in place from the outside, which necessitated them having to actually break some of the glass to be able to pull the old windows out. But they did it - and did it well. Finally, Shaun, the project manager who gave me my estimate and oversaw the project from estimate, HOA approval process, to completion, was great. Highly recommended.

Avoid This Contractor - Untrustworthy and poor workmanship- doesn't finish work after payment!!!!!!…read more I strongly caution anyone considering working with Frank(owner of the company)My experience with him has been deeply disappointing and costly. Initially, he seemed professional--responsive and quick to begin demolition and early stages of construction. However, once I made the second payment, everything changed. I signed a contract for a $70,000 project and paid him $36,000. After completing only about 10% of the work, he abruptly abandoned the job. He blamed delays on permitting issues, but I checked with the county and in reality, he failed to pay the architect and did not properly follow up with the county. Despite my repeated attempts to work with him--even offering to shift the funds to a different project--he remained unresponsive. One of the key reasons I hired Frank was because he claimed to be a licensed contractor. Yet, he never provided his MHIC license number or proof of insurance. I had to contact the state myself to verify his license and ultimately file a formal complaint with the Maryland Home Improvement Commission (MHIC). He left us with unfinished and poorly executed work--flooring, siding, and roofing were all incomplete or substandard. Please protect yourself, your home, and your finances. I'm willing to share documentation or further details with anyone who is considering hiring him. I'm posting this in hopes of preventing others from going through the same experience. I can be reached at rozinaye1@gmail.com. Avoid this company- Frank is a fraud!

Working with this group was very aggravating. They were slow to respond and did not complete the work in a timely manner. I had to call multiple times to get them to return and continue work. The original person who booked the work was unreachable for most of the time and someone who claimed to be his brother was extremely rude with each contact. One year later, the sidewalk is cracking. I have left a message for them and am waiting for a return call. Based on the reviews and their past track record wonder if I'll hear from them?
