Moving forward almost a year later, I thought my windshield was leaking! He immediately met me in Sanger to check it out! Was very nice and discovered the leak is actually coming from my drivers door! He told he could replace the rubber and fix this issue as well! I appreciate someone that stands behind their work and gives great customer service! This issue was not his fault at all and he didn't even charge me for the visit! He replaced my windshield not even 2 weeks later the windshield was leaking. We had him come out and he tried to blame it on the sunroof and wanted us to pay for him to drain the sunroof drains. My husband and I went to the car wash and ran water at the top of the windshield (under the sunroof) and guess what it was leaking, we let him know and even sent him a picture. All we got was a nasty response with him still blaming the sunroof. Now here we are with a leaking windshield and damage occurring to the interior of the car due to his horrible installation. 10/10 do not recommend.

They gave me a two-hour window for their arrival and showed up 15 minutes into that window. The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway. The color match and finish is impeccable and the price is less than a third of what a body shop would have cost me, not counting leaving the vehicle and having to get a rental while they did it. Multiple, convenient ways to pay. Cannot say enough good about this business (I almost want to call it a service), and Shannon who came and did all the work. Top notch, down-to-earth good neighbors.
