When he brought it to the manager's attention, he was told they were not responsible for any damage. After the conversation, both of our memberships were deactivated. Today I found out that even though our memberships were deactivated, we were still being charged $71.96 a month. I'm disappointed because I really enjoyed this car wash, but I wanted to share our experience as a heads up, especially for anyone with a TRX, Ford Raptor, or other larger vehicle.

The staff seemed really nice and on top of cleaning and picking up after people. The vacuums were good quality and you get one on each side of your vehicle and you don't really share them with the car next door like most places do. They have a lot of spots to vacuum so it doesn't feel crowded either. I think they may do inside cleaning as well but I honestly didn't ask about prices. Definitely I will be back to this car wash.
