We have been coming here for years, yesterday the wife went to wash her car, as she was drying the car the man working told her she could go back through for a second wash if needed. Car was fine after the first wash, not 100% clean but fine but decided to go back through to get it cleaned up a little better. After the 2nd wash the car came out with the drivers side completely scratched, covered down the entire side. let them know and when asked about filling out a damage form, to which they seemed bothered and said it would likely not be covered. Filed the claim and was denied because the scratches are going "up" and that could not be from their equipment we were told, infuriating. 100% happened here, wouldn't recommend using them again because they will not stand behind their product. read more

This place is trash. My mercedes was rear ended inside the car wash. I got out of course to check. The manager jeremy came running over saying I do this every day. He also stated I'm not having a good day shut up and get back in your car. When I sat back in the car he slammed the door on my vehicle saying don't mess with me. I hate this job and I'm quitting today. Being in our 60's my wife was terrified. Please stay away from this toxic place. My attorney will handle the rest of this. read more

This car wash used to be phenomenal, not so much anymore. They changed to "Super Star Car Wash" which by the way they are NOT. That's when things started going South. * The gates don't work 95% of the time. Frustrating to have to wait for them the manually release. *The soap dispensing part most times doesn't work properly & misses right down the center. *They changed the soap & doesn't get off bugs. *They advertise spot free, that's no longer true. *When you comment about the vehicle not being clean, their excuse is the equipment is not working properly. THEN FIX IT! Quit charging people full price for less than half car *MANAGEMENT-OWNERSHIP DOESN'T GIVE A $hit . This place is hands down the best ever car wash!! The. Best. Ever. The attendants are so helpful, the vacuums are incredibly powerful & the wash cannot be beat! My car looks like it's been hand detailed every time I go thru there. Sure enough if I lived closer to it, I'd have the monthly pass which is an fabulous bargain. Hands-down the worst car wash in town. So to begin with you pull up and the young boys that work there try to sell you a membership. I explain to them that I had had a bad experience about a month ago but that I was going to try them again because their vacuums are good and it's convenient to my house. The rags and the free wipe are a nice touch because you're gonna be cleaning your car yourself I go through the car wash and I come out and the same problem as I had last time. There's still bugs on my hood bugs on my windshield bugs on my side window even some of my car doors. When I call him over here is like oh you know our equipment is broken. I said that's what I heard a month ago. But a month ago the girls working there came out and hand cleaned my windshield. These guys shrugged their shoulders. I asked for their spray. Which they promptly watched me use with all three of them standing around. They told me I could run it through again, but I asked what was the point if the machine is broken. They said that high could ask in the future to put extra spray on the front of the car. Wouldn't it make sense that if you knew that the thing that cleaned windshields was broken that you would automatically spray it? So after I spent 20 minutes cleaning bugs off myself, I said you know what would be best just give me a refund. They said we can't do that. I asked them why they are selling car washes if some of the equipment is broken. They said because the rest is working. I told him I'd be better off at the car wash down the street. Truthfully, I would've been better off with a water hose in my driveway. And I was told well, their equipment is not as good as ours. I said, but I don't think theirs is broken and I don't understand why you're selling car washes to a broken car wash. What I really wanted to say was what if you went to get your happy meal and all you got was your drink , your toy and your burger, and when you asked where your fries were, they said oh I'm sorry the french fry machine is broken and we don't do refunds so here's a fry box maybe you can go home and make your own fries? read more

DO NOT USE. Update: its been 2 weeks now and I reached out per Jose G instructions below, but no response from their Customer Service dept to refer me to their claims dept and I have yet to hear from them. I haven't even asked for anything, a little compassion would go along way. I can NOT recommend this car wash, when there are others down the road that may treat you better. *Superstar car wash shaved off my valve stem, flattening my tire immediately. I slipped and fell attempting to walk up to the office to talk to them about my flat. They wouldn't do anything to help, but a bottle of water. They said they don't cover that. I loved this car wash and would've still gone had they simply paid for the damage they did to my wheels. My new car has gouges in the metal wheels. I went through the tunnel as I have many other times but this time there was much more vibration and noise at the end of the cycle. I inspected my vehicle at the vacuum area and alerted an employe. I submitted a claim and they simply told me that it's not consistent and they are denying any liability. I am not someone who likes suing but it's the only option left. They refuse to let me see the video footage of entering and exiting the tunnel and there is no customer service phone number to contact , only an email which they won't answer. This place use to be my go for my everyday car wash & vacuums. But it has gone down hill so much since they changed it to super star car wash. They updated the prices by nearly 30% spot free rinse is not even a option. I always leave here after a car wash with many spots on my car doesn't even wash the whole thing. The Quality of there soaps have gone completely downhill I have been going there for quite some time now and recently stopped going because there soaps are completely watered down as well as all there other chemicals. The staff there are extremely helpful and very kind and they put there customers first. If they were to stop watering there chemicals down I would renew my subscription and continue to go there. read more

It's a nice facility. Vacs are good and the cloths are an extra. Been going there for over a year now. BUT...today I spent $15 on the wash for my F-150 and it didn't clean any of the bug splatter off the front of the truck...looked like it wasn't washed at all. The tires got no shine on them. Normally o don't leave negative reviews but I'm making an exception. I drive a new corvette and was assured by this business that they would repair the spoiler on my car after they ripped it off running it though the auto wash. The manager stated that they wash corvettes all the time and it's fine. He pulled the video of the machine ripping it off and then he stated that the repairs would be taken care off. The next day they post signs stating they are not responsible for this type of damage and he refuses to cover the repairs now. So heads up that integrity is on the short list at this business and proceed with caution. read more

Just got back home from Wave Wash 3200 W. University, Denton. Negative experience. I was trying to pay at the kiosk before driving through but the machine was not accepting my money. I tapped the horn and the manager came out. he must hae been having a bad day because he verbally attacked me, accusing me of not knowing what I was doing. I told him I thought he had a bad attitude, which prompted him to utter another insult before going into his office. Now, I have been a customer there for over a year washing 2 vehicles regularly. I know how to operate the machines. Prior to this situation, I was very happy with the service provided by this establishment. The equipment cleaned my car well, and lady who guides me into the facility is always pleasant. There are a multitude of carwashes in the area. I will give my business to someone else. read more

This car wash is so clean and their employees are helpful and pleasant. The wash is exceptional. Recently I locked my keys in my car there. The site manager, Mike went above and beyond helpful. He let me use his phone, took texts, waited for the 2 hours for roadside assistance, sent a chair with one of the young men, George,for for me to sit in and even offered me water. Went to this new Wave Wash Car Wash on University Dr. just west of I35 (across from QuikTrip). Got the basic $5 wash this time (lots of choices up to the max, Lava wash) then pulled into one of the many, free vac bays. Immediately noticed how CLEAN & shiny my car was including grills, rims, below trunk lid, etc; no missed, dirty spots like I always get at Wash Factory (Fail)! And that's just the basic wash!. Powerful vacs with a car mat holder under a canopy. This is my new go-to car wash. You can purchase monthly, unlimited washes as well. Recommended. read more

1.) About the staff: I've gotta say... I was really impressed! I received a coupon for a free car wash from a family member and I really thought that it was for Wave Wash (because they are relatively new to the area at that location). So I pull up and try to scan my coupon, but it didn't work. Next thing I know this very patient, very kind lady named Felicia was there to help. I explained that my coupon wasn't working. She very kindly and clearly explained that this coupon was not for their car wash. I guess she could see my embarrassment on my face or something because she gave me a business card to Wave Wash with her name "Felicia K", and said "If you go online and leave us a review, I'd be happy to take care of your car wash today!" I was shocked, and very grateful for her kindness. It took me 2 days to finally get around to typing this up and posting it, but her kindness stayed with me so much that I have literally not forgotten about it since. 2.) About the facility & quality of wash: Anyone who knows me will tell you that I generally do not like going through drive-thru car washes. I am always let down at the quality of job that they leave behind. I would much rather wash it myself at either a DIY car wash, or just at home in the driveway. That being said, I went ahead and tried it because the exterior of the car wash seemed pretty nice and I had a free coupon, so I figured "why not?". To tell you the truth, I was VERY impressed with the quality of the wash I received! I can't say it was perfect, but considering the last time I had actually washed my car was Halloween 2020... it did FANTASTIC! Needless to say, I will be going back! We were headed home from Colorado with a filthy vehicle we pulled up and Mike and the team took an extra 10 mins and rinsed and washed the the whole outside of the car so it actually was almost like being washed twice !! I highly recommend this place !!! read more

i have been here twice. got the 11$ both times. car comes out clean and dry. HOWEVER, i noticed this time that the wheels have some coating on them, i think it is the tire shine, and it is ALL OVER THE WHEELS. and they now look dirtier than before the wash. read more
