The pedicure for both my princess and Mom were very special. Vivian took care of my Mom while Hannah took care of my princess. They both enjoyed the service that was received. After asking what color they would like on their nails, it was requested if they were able to do a "stars and stripe" design on at least on of the nails.........and it was a success!!! By showing Vivian one time of a design, she modified it to be able to fit on the toes on both Mom and princess toe. What a great job of finishing touch/design by Vivian! Job well done. All in all, my two lady's I treated are happy with the results. Definitely recommend this place as they are very tentative to children as well.

I had told her what I wanted for my husband and myself and she then asked if we wanted to do a different package for my husband to which we both declined but she did it anyway. But also when I declined it she made us feel uncomfortable in the sense of rolling her eyes and then talking to her coworker. I had builder gel on my nails that they didn't take off or refill just painted over. Because of the miscommunication or just choosing to ignore us two pedicures came out way more than expected. I had past ankle surgery and still have scars, and I clearly informed her that my skin is sensitive and the area could be very painful. Despite this, she pressed very hard on my ankle bone multiple times, exactly where my surgery was done. When I expressed discomfort, she casually said "no pain, no gain," which was very insensitive and unprofessional. She also asked me to lay down in a sitting chair position, which was very uncomfortable. When I told her it was not comfortable, she said she couldn't change the chair position. She even tried using the remote but didn't know how to adjust it properly, and I had to adjust the chair myself. Overall, the behavior, lack of professionalism, and disregard for my injury were unacceptable.

We had a light conversation while he worked and he did a superior job. I told him he would be "my guy" when I return in a couple weeks. The prices are fair and the range of services is wide.
