This is the only place in Tulare County to take your vehicle for exhaust work! I had them install a Borla S-Type Axle-Back Exhaust System on my Lexus IS350 and they did an amazing job! Sean quoted me a very reasonable price. Daniel did the Install and was quick yet meticulous. I highly recommend this muffler shop!! read more

Don't do business with this place. I had a Catalytic Converter put on in April of 2021 that was defective and had to replace in May of 2024 and now this one is defective and they will not honor the warranty on it. The Owner is extremely rude when I talked with him. He was no help at all. I used to recommend them but never again. When I was upset he told me to take a breath. He really needs Customer service training. read more

Shopped around Fresno for a catalytic converter replacement and was getting quotes that were hundreds of dollars more than what Quality quoted me. Also gave me a recycle credit on my old cat. They had to order the cat and did it over the phone with me. Came down from Fresno a week later early in the morning and they knocked it out in less than 30min. Gave me info confirming the cat was California smog certified and warranty card. Very happy with the service. Highly recommend! read more

Top notch service. As a woman, I am terrified of going into car shops alone due to always having terrible experiences of being taken advantage of--not here! I explained what was wrong when I walked in and spoke to the man at the desk, they promptly pulled my car into their bay, welded my exhaust pipe (which had cracked), gave me my keys, and told me it would be $15. The whole process took about 7 minutes. Incredible! And of course their quality of work was great and completely fixed the issue with my exhaust. I did go fairly soon after they opened on a Friday, and bear in mind they are first come first serve so often there are wait times, but I got lucky! read more

Terrific service. Helpful staff. Highly skilled, honest mechanics. My muffler was hanging very loosely last week. I was referred to Quality by the staff at the shop I trust for my car repairs. They checked what was wrong. It was not something they did. They called ahead and sent me to Quality Muffler. The folks at Quality are efficient and highly skilled. They had the part needed and had it all repaired within minutes. Their charge was quite small. I am appreciative of their skill and honesty. Great work by this shop at a great rate. I'm very impressed and will definitely be back for any other exhaust needs.

This place is awesome! After looking at all the reviews here on yelp I went to Quality Muffler this morning. One of the joints on the heat shield came unwelded and it was giving off a nasty rattling noise. As soon as I got there I was greeted by a gentleman. After explaining my problem to him he told me the repair would be free, the only downside he said was that I had to wait 30 minutes. 10 minutes later my car was fixed. I offered to pay for their service, but yet again the gentleman told me not to worry about it. Definitely made my day! Thank you everyone at Quality Muffler! read more

I was quoted $225 to reroute the tailpipe on my RV to clear a newly installed sway bar. Shopping around, I found Quality Muffler in Visalia, CA. I explained to the gentlemen in the office, which I believed is also the proprietor, my citation. He ask for me keys and drove my RV to the rack where a young men was waiting in the pit. I asked him what his recommendation is. He said" I just need to bent this section to clear the sway bar". Within minutes my RV is done. I asked the Lady in the office how much the work cost. She went outside and consulted with the proprietor. She came back and charged me Twenty Dollars. She even sounded apologetic adding they have to keep the lights on or something like that. I have not seen this kind of service in a long long time. Friendly and professional people; indeed Quality Muffler is truly QUALITY. read more

My go to muffler shop. Best prices around and quality honest work. Highly recommend this shop for all your exhaust needs

This shop is great. I purchased a Magnaflow exhaust system online and took it to Quality Muffler for install. The install was fairly easy and the cost was super fair. To be honest, it was lower than I thought it was going to be. A few months later I had a rattling sound with weird sound coming from the exhaust valves. The shop helped my diagnose and fix for $0. The staff is so down to earth, courteous, and helpful. Thank you Quality Muffler for the great service and helping me provide proof to Magnaflow. read more

Called to get a quote on a catalytic converter for my car and was given a decent price with install. The gentleman who I wish I was have gotten a name went asked some other info from me and gave me information that ended up saving me money and told me I was still under warranty per state law. He went above and beyond and took of the customer. He could have been crooked and just set up a appt and took my money, but instead he was honest and helped me in a huge way. This is why I have been a long time customer. They were really keep the customer in mind. read more

These guys are great! The weld on my muffler had broke during a road trip. It was completely disconnected by the time I stopped in Visalia. I found these guys on yelp. I told them my situation. I didn't wait at all before they took a look at it. Instead of trying to scam me into buying a new muffler, they were able to put a new weld on it for a very reasonable price. I was ready to go again in less than 15 minutes. These guys saved my roadtrip. Thanks! read more

Honest and Generous are how I describe Quality Muffler. My SUV's muffler got so loud that it needs immediate attention so I ask my best mechanic- Luis Rivera of Quality Auto to refer me to a good muffler repair shop and he recommended Sean of Quality muffler. I went there and met David and told him about my SUV's loud noise problem. He came back and told me that it was just a disconnected pipe going to the muffler. He reconnected it and fixed the problem and called me that it is already fixed and because it was just a simple fix, it is for FREE. Of course, I and my wife were happy to hear that it will not cost us anything and yet our loud noise problem was fixed. So I described them as Honest and Generous people. read more

Amazing Service and work. Like the last reviewer, I had a hole in my exhaust that they quickly (important one!) patched up for a very reasonable price. called and spoke to a man who called himself Brad. I had purchased a flowmaster system at pick em up truck store but they were unable to install so i needed to find a store to do the installation. Brad said that if I had called him first he would have matched the price for the system and install. Then he said that in order to do the install now he'd charge me $150, to which I responded Pick em up (had they been able to do it) was going to charge me $100. I figured if he would have matched the other price then he'd match the install cost. Nope! Instead he got an attitude and then said "well, then I'll charge $250!" This guy was rude!! I called back to speak to a manager or supervisor...low and behold, Brad gets back on the phone and says he's the manager. Horrible customer service! This was his chance to leave a lasting impression and get a customer for life...instead he made a negative lasting impression to which I will never go there and I will tell others about my experience too so they can know what kind of service they'll get read more
