They completely damaged my parents brand new refrigerator during the move. Not only did they damage it, they admitted to damaging it and then lied about it and changed paperwork to cover it up. And now we have zero recourse. Be careful, they will trick you into selecting the $0.60 per pound insurance and then when something like this happens, it's "too bad so sad". All they care about is their corporation and not the consumer. My parents bought a brand new $2500 fridge that is now damaged. Rather than doing the right thing and getting them a new one, they are standing behind their corporate contracts. This is not how a human being should act. If you are the company that cares with a heart of gold, then do the right thing. And don't lie and cover up what occurred during transit. I have time-stamped pictures of the fridge.
