Plus, our oldest boy is always wondering what daddy is doing, so he would have been in the thick of things as my husband tried to assemble it. Scheduling the appointment was super easy and the team arrived right on time. They made short work of putting the playground together and by the afternoon we were out there having a great time. They are friendly, fast, and professional. They're the best at what they do. Pricing is very reasonable.

The first date I hired them for I had to reschedule because my shed didn't get delivered when it said it was supposed to be. I gave them 4 days noticed once it didn't arrive. So we rescheduled for the next week. Then, after hiring them to assemble a shed I bought from Lowe's they contacted me the day before installation and said that they didn't include the roofing. I really needed the shed built so I said ok even though I was also planning to have the roof done with it. Then later that same night (after 8pm) they texted me to let me know that not all of their guys could come out the next day to assemble and that he could still come out but that it would need to be done over 2 Saturdays. I have a disabled husband and dogs that make it difficult to have to have our yard unavailable for 2 Saturdays. So I said that I prefer they just come the next Saturday to be done in one day. He didn't give me a reason as to why his guys were unavailable either. So the next Saturday they come out at 7am as they had said. I had to wake up really early to make sure our dogs got time to use the yard which is difficult with my condition. They worked until 9am or so unwrapping the shed and laying out all the pieces and then ask to speak with me. The guy said that their coworker who has the nail gun was on vacation and that they couldn't do the job. What? You drove all the way out here, unwrap the crate and only now realize you don't have the proper tools? They said they tried to rent one from Home Depot but they were all gone. If that's the case you should buy a new one. When you say you are going to do a job then you should do it. Plus, it was forecast to rain in the next week so now all the wood was going to get wet. They already had canceled on me once and now they were canceling again? He said they could come out the next Saturday but at this point I wasn't confident they would. So I hired someone else who not only arrived and completed the project but was also willing to install the roofing. Canceling on me twice with less than 24 hours notice is unacceptable. Also, if you unwrap something and leave it out in the rain that is also unacceptable. Some of the wood was warped after and the new guy I hired had a difficult time with some of the pieces. I cannot recommend this company at all. My time is worth a lot and they wasted 2 weeks of it.

After just 2-3 texts, the owner came with 3 other guys scheduled for a Saturday at 6:30 AM. All of them showed up a bit earlier than that and they were out of my house by 10:45 AM. After reading that it could take a couple hours over the span of 3 days to assemble with 1-2 people, I was definitely surprised they got this done in so little time. One of the reasons I went with them is because it seems they've done so many of these models before (based on other reviewers' photos) so it was more reassuring for me to go with these guys. As you can see from my pictures, my gazebo turned out amazing. I even had an old torn up gazebo in place of that, and they were nice enough to help me tear it down. After the new gazebo was up, they cleaned up the backyard, organized the cardboard boxes for me to toss, and even placed my old gazebo to the side in a nice pile so it's easy for me to clean up after. JD Assembly is reliable, professional, and great to work with. Really glad I went with them!

Set up a date and time, they were flexible around my schedule and everything was set until the day of service. 20min before their scheduled arrival time I text them just to let them know I was there and ready with everything. 30min after the scheduled time of arrival I called the number provided which went straight to voicemail. Left multiple messages via text, voicemail and even on yelp where we had previously communicated with no issues...no answer to any message. I understand that schedules change and would have been more than happy to reschedule if there was any communication. It is now 24hr after the scheduled service and still no communication from anyone. Chose them because of previous good reviews but now question the legitimacy of their previous reviews and would not recommend them. If you are looking for furniture builders there are several more reputable businesses on yelp with many more reviews that I would trust.

This moving company was courteous, professional and on time. I had a couple of big pieces that I was concerned about. Emiliano assured me that it was no problem and that he would bring all of the necessary tools to do the job. I had a King size adjustable base bed that was a monster and a commercial grade treadmill that was a beast. Emiliano and his team handled it like pros. July 1, 2019 - Emilio and Angel arrived early to pick up items in Palmdale for delivery to San Fernando Valley. Both were very professional and courteous. I knew i was going to help, so it was not a problem. We got our entire move done and set up in our new home in 4 hours. They even were willing to rebuild all of the furniture - but I only asked that they put a few of the bigger items back together, as I took care of the rest to save time. In the end I am glad we went with this company. From the very start it was easy to book, they arrived on time and knocked out a big one bedroom apt on the 2nd floor in hours. The crew Robert , Richard and Jose were an a nice group of guys , easy to talk to and did everything that was asked of them . There was a few extra charges ; the TV packaging , few extra boxes (we didn't pack everything like we should have) The unloading was even faster ; they placed everything where we wanted and even rebuilt the bed frame . Biggest issue was that they didnt wear their masks every single second , but its understandable its a hard job and we kept our masks on and stayed outside most of the time and kept distanced. This so-called…read more"Platinum Movers" is a bunch of inexperienced, unprofessional liars who don't know anything about moving. They literally hire people on the spot and bring them to your place to help you move. If you talk to the company owner, Ryan, he will tell you that he higher his guys, trains them himself, and has years of experience. He's a great salesperson and will make you believe they know what they're doing. Well, that's not true! I have high-end furniture, and I decided to hire "professional" movers instead of free-lance movers to ensure my furniture and appliances did not get damaged. I hired three men from the company to come and move my furniture within the same city, taking less than 9 minutes. I had moved everything myself, leaving the furniture and appliances. I disassemble all furniture ahead of time and ask them to wrap the furniture up and move it from A to B location. It took them about 10 hours to move from a 2-bedroom apartment with an elevator into a house with a driveway. One of them was the alpha, their boss, a total jerk to his other two workers when the three guys arrived. One of the guy's names was Leo, and the others I don't remember, but he was a very young skinny guy. Well, it was their first gig, so his boss was teaching them in my house how to wrap the furniture in moving blankets and tape properly. And then he would have them undo it and rewrap. A couple of times, the guys would drop the furniture, and he would laugh. He also would force the other two men to carry heave furniture, and he would stand and watch, making snarky comments. I hired three movers, and only two were working. It took them 6 hours to wrap my furniture in blankets; some might think, oh wow, that's amazing; that means there was no scratched but think again. I'll list and post all the dents and scratches from the move. The agreement was that I would pay $115 per hour in cash for the three employees. After they finished wrapping, it was time to load the truck, which took them about 2 hours. The truck left the apartment, and I locked up the house and did a final walk of the apartment. I got in the car and drove to the new location, which took me less than 8 minutes, and the truck was not at the new site. I waited 30 minutes and kept calling. They finally picked up and said they were right around the corner. It took them another 20 minutes to arrive. So they charged me for the full hour for an 8-minute drive in the SAME CITY. When bringing the furniture in, they kept on banging it on the walls and scratched up the walls and the furniture. The skinny guy dropped my refrigerator in the kitchen. In 1 hour, they quickly dumped all the furniture inside the house and gathered their stuff, and left. I paid $1200 for the move. Now let's talk about how much damages they cost me? I had a 4 French door Samsung refrigerator, and when the guy dropped the fridge, it caused damage to the compressor, and the freon in the refrigerator leaked, which is totally toxic. The fridge stopped working, so I had to call Samsung, and they came out and charged me over $500 for different diagnostics. Then, they informed me that it was damaged entirely and had to be replaced. The four french door fridge cost is $3400 with delivery and taxes; I paid around $3800. They also damage my bed frame, $2700, the nightstand $650, the dining room buffet $750, broke my Bowflex TredClimber $1200, and damaged the coffee table $1100. They also put major dents and scratched on the washer and dryer, scratched up the dining table, and the sofas' corners. They scratched up, dented, and damaged 95% of the furniture in my house. So, do yourself a HUGE favor, hire a couple of guys, call up your friends, and order some pizza. Trust me; it will cost you way less of a headache than hiring this company who clearly does not care about their clients and only puts a dent in their clients' furniture, appliances, and wallets.

I also spoke directly with CSI and was told the claim was closed at your company's direction--not due to any lack of response from me. The floor damage was hidden by boxes your movers placed throughout the area. Once the boxes were removed, the scratches were visible and I notified you within two days. That is reasonable notice. The $0.60/lb valuation is irrelevant here. This is not about damaged household goods--it's about property damage caused by your employees. Scratching new granite flooring with dollies is negligence, and that liability rests with your company, not the customer. Very disappointing handling of a clear issue.
