After charging us almost 2k to pack a 1 bedroom apartment, and letting our cat out after swearing they wouldn't & denying having done it (she was found outside several hours later - they had let her out). In addition, they "packed" by dumping stuff in boxes. Nothing was organized or protected at all. Then they moved us to our house & stacked boxes in such a way that we couldn't use our kitchen. But the final insult to injury was that they abandoned a closet full of clothes, half the things in our kitchen, and everything in our bathroom. Leaving them in the apartment and claiming they only left trash. C&C Movers were a lifesaver. They packed up the rest of our things and cleared them out of the apartment in less than 3 hours. They also had no problem stopping at our storage unit to pick up a couple of things that were forgotten there. The guys were friendly, helpful, and mindful of my disabilities. They even reorganized our storage unit a bit so things wouldn't fall out on the next people to open it. I cannot recommend them enough. I will be using them for EVERY moving need we have for the conceivable future. They're lifesavers. I wish I could give Mike & the team 10 stars. Appreciation for how Terry and her crew of employees guided us, helped us, and made sure that we had a pleasant experience. There were no surprises. Terry was up front and very knowledgable. I could tell right away this was going to be a positive experience when I saw the excellent condition of their warehouse and their equipment. I know there are cheaper moving options out there but you really need to consider what is best for you in the long run. We wanted to be sure that our items were handled, loaded and unloaded properly. Walter's moving truck was very clean, the moving pads look to be almost brand-new and the equipment was top notch. You can read many horror stories about families that tried to save money and used a low-cost option mover with bait and switch tactics only to find that it was a complete disaster with increased costs, uncertain timetable changes and items broken missing etc. etc. All unwanted surprises. We did our own packing and Terry explained how to pack the boxes so that there would be no damage to contents when the boxes were loaded, stacked and unloaded. They provided us with free used clean boxes that they had from prior moves. This saved us some money. They padded our furniture and loaded everything - an art in and of itself. Another plus was the air ride suspension of the moving truck. Some state have horrible road surfaces. Everything about our move is above board, schedules were met, and all commitments were honored. The price was very competitive. Terry came up to our house did an estimate based on what we had and gave us a realistic competitive bid. We got into our condo in Pennsylvania just fine. Walter and Rob unloaded us. They were wonderful, everything looks good. I appreciate all Walter, Rob & Terry and their crew did to help us and the overall experience was pleasant, fun and exciting. Relocating across the country or across the state is a stressful situation. Especially with new jobs, buying and selling houses ,moving the family, schools etc. One of the stressful things that can be minimized is the actual moving process. That is why we trusted and used Farley brothers.

For reference, we are a family of four, with two little kids in a three bedroom / two bathroom house. The price point was pretty reasonable and they were flexible, given the fact that they are located in Los Angeles, and we wanted them to come up to the Bay Area to help us move down to the Los Angeles area. They called us the day before to confirm all the details. When we realized that the truck was over the weight limit, Yana quickly called us to give us a couple of options. We opted for another truck to meet the first truck, to distribute the weight. It was an extra cost, but reasonable, considering the issue at hand. These guys were efficient and quick. We apparently have a ton of stuff lol. They originally mentioned that it would take 3 to 4 hours to move everything into the truck, but in reality, it took approximately 5-6 hours. They were punctual and even got there five minutes before the agreed-upon time. I wasn't there when they brought in everything, but my husband said that they did an amazing job at putting the boxes where they were supposed to be, based on our labeled boxes. They reassembled everything, no problem. I called 5 to 6 moving companies, and we are happy that we decided to go with this company, given the communication, efficiency, and price point. If you need movers, this is the company to go with.

Oscar and Nick texted me when they were 30 minutes away, showed up on time, were friendly, worked quick, and were careful with my belongings. I had to move due to issues with repairs never being done and mold because my landlord is a slumlord. (Do NOT rent from C&S Apartments!) Anyway, the movers the 2nd time around were nice, professional and as quick as could be considering they were helping me pack up to move my belongings into a storage unit. They didn't waste time and were kind. BUT they failed to wrap my solid cherry wood bed set in moving blankets which resulted in all my furniture being scratched up and damaged in the 3rd move, where once again they did NOT wrap my items when moving them out of storage, into the van and then into my new apartment. On the 3rd move the Forman was upset that there were 2 flights of stairs to move the dresser up, despite me saying so in the questionnaire when booking. The Forman said to me that they'd have to charge extra for the stairs. Which I said NO to because that should have been done in the estimate. He kept saying the dresser was heavy... well, your company loved it twice already and no one else whined about it. He then told me, " if you give us a bigger tip, we won't have to charge for it." I let him know that they moved the same dresser up the stairs to the last apartment and didn't charge extra. He also dragged out ending the moving time because he wanted more hours. I literally had to bring boxes in to try to counteract his stalling tactic. Unfortunately, it didnt help because he then hid in the truck while the other 2 guys were putting together my bed. My couch cushion was damaged and they broke a dresser drawer. I was told they'd come and fix it, but 3 months later they never did. I had to go buy the wood glue and do it myself. The company doesn't have full insurance, so don't bother if something major) like my solid wood night stand) gets damaged. You will not be compensated for it. I did get some money for the leather couch cover, but not enough to purchase a new one. Find a company that has full insurance and will own up to their mistakes, if made. There are so many scratches and chips on my bed set. Not to mention missing feet caps that were not missing before the 2nd move. This 3rd move left me with damaged furniture and no accountability for fixing it when they said they would. Instead I was told, "it's the end of the month and we have a lot of moves. Your repair is not a priority." So much for being a loyal customer who had used them 3 times. FIND A BETTER COMPANY! THIS ONE IS NO LONGER GOOD!

The next day, they arrived in Vegas to unpack. They were quick, professional, and very personable! Would recommend. Vadim has been great! Thank you sooooo much for making our move seamless. *Updating a day later, after fully unpacking.* My husband and I started unpacking as the movers were still moving things. We noticed three plates, a bowl, and a ramekin had been broken. We also noticed damage to our son's play kitchen. It was still functional, but broken. We were going to let it slide because we understand that things happen, but after we've fully unpacked, there were multiple vases that were broken in one box which held value and I am pretty upset about this. So maybe just some advice going forward, be more strategic with the way that you pack things.
