Om my God.. Where do I start.. First, never stay here, second bull doze this pimp hotel over, 3rd leave the staff in the building when you bull doze it. Nasty, dirty, and a sincere lack of care for the building.. See the pics i posted. Pics are worth a 1000 words.. We are paying a premium $$ to stay because we have come to trust Quality Inn.. But big mistake on our part to "assume" it would be well kept and worth the $$.. I stayed at a place a few years ago on hwy 99 near edmunds that was, well, just nasty and this place is a close second.. Never again.. Double tree here we come.. The staff didnt even acknowledge us when we came in.. She was to busy handling her personal boyfriend buissness to worrie about us.. Oh shit then it was a nasty main floor co-ed bathroom so nasty I could not allow my wife to go in.. We should have left then.. How could that happen.. Oh I know.. Not doing your frikin job.. Im so disappointed with this I can't believe It..

Divine eggs benedict and roasted potatoes. Darling accommodating staff. Restaurant was rough, as I said. Did not try the bar since there are so many other great options around. Rooms were nice, well-equipped. Views were sweet. Lots of cutie dog and bird sightings. Great location in Everett and Mill Creek/Lynnwood area. Anacortes, the base, casino are all nearby. I am a former local, so remember when none of this was here. It was a special time staying here 2 trips for a total of 2 weeks. Snack store was great and all the other restaurants around. Decor was sleek and attractive. Overall warm vibe here. Did not try the pool, but seems great for kids, laps. Really good parking always, even with a small Uhaul. Great value for $. I will return!

Restaurant on site and a few within walking distance. 3 Coffeeshops within a short walk. Indoor pool and gym. Room had lame nautical decor. Maintenance is poor and they allow broken things like art to be kept in the room. Parking came at a cost and was hard to come by most days. There is a pedestrian bridge if you are in really good shape to walk to downtown but it would be about a mile and a half. A local told me no homeless are allowed at the waterfront so that's cool. There is also a municipal golf course a couple miles away.

Flawless service, exceptional catering, and a great family stay!…read more My family and I stayed at Tulalip Resort and Casino for a nearby wedding, and they exceeded our expectations in every way. The resort held the rehearsal dinner in one of their private banquet rooms for about 30 people, and the experience was immaculate. It's easy for service to slip when a huge resort narrows its focus down to a smaller private room, but the catering team was prompt, courteous, and the food was outstanding. Beyond the event, the entire staff--from the concierges to the team on the casino floor--was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The casino area itself felt surprisingly quiet and relaxing. We also really loved the beautiful art and history exhibits showcasing the rich culture of the Tulalip people throughout the property. We traveled with our 2-year-old daughter and booked a Deluxe King. The room was spacious enough that we easily slid the couch next to the bed to create a perfect, cozy "crib" setup for her. Whether you're staying for a major event or a quick getaway, Tulalip handles every detail with top-tier care. Highly recommend!

They are angry slots. Monster slots that like to gobble up your coins. Yeah. Not friendly slots at all. The service at the resort is good though and their beds are comfy. That's the only plus side to my last 5 visits. Think I'm headed South. Maybe the casinos are nicer on that sound of town. Your friend, W. Spencer

We were so lucky to have experienced both moon and sun rises each day during our stay!! The frolicking seals, numerous water foul and two crotchety herons welcomed us with all their natural glory!! The check in process was easy and couldn't have been more convenient!! We arrived late and entered our room with our issue. We were greeted with some delicious treats, cookies, gummies, trail mix and pop corners!! Such a lovely welcome surprise. There were fresh cut flowers and plenty of warm blankets to enjoy a lovely evening or morning sit in the nicely decorated deck outside. Couple of hot tips for those with an EV. The breakfast options were not appealing to me, however, with too much emphasis on standard meat fare and seemingly little vegetarian or plain options. Access to the hotel was confusing, snaking through several other businesses and parking lots, and the surrounding area did not seem especially desirable. Nonetheless, there are many businesses and dining options within walking distance, which was helpful to me operating without a car during my stay.

Very disappointing experience -- serious cleanliness issue…read more We arrived late at night with our children and, after moving to Suite 127 for our second night, opened the sofa bed and found a mattress with multiple large, yellow, unsanitary stains, with no sheets or mattress protector. I immediately reported it to the front desk, and we spent over an hour late at night trying to find a suitable sleeping arrangement for our exhausted children. To avoid any misunderstanding: the fact that Suite 127 was a complimentary upgrade, or that a rollaway bed had previously been provided at our request, does not change the issue. Every bed provided to a guest should be clean and sanitary. The additional rollaway was necessary because the sofa bed was unusable. The General Manager acknowledged in writing that the mattress "should have been identified and addressed before the room was assigned." I am an IHG Platinum Elite member and gave the hotel an opportunity to resolve this privately. I was offered 20,000 points, which I did not consider appropriate given the circumstances. After I requested further consideration, my follow-up emails went unanswered. A serious cleanliness failure and a very disappointing experience. I have photos documenting the condition.
