The transmission messed up 2 days after buying the car, it took them 3 weeks to get the car back to me, (in the meantime i purchased a second car to get to work) and after paying half of the rebuild because they don't stand behind their vehicles I added another grand to my loan. Not to mention when they gave me back the car MY HOOD LATCH WAS BROKEN! NO SURPRISE. This was January I believe* by March (hadn't owned the car 3 months!) the motor gave out at 135k and of course without a warranty the cost AGAIN was out of my pocket. This shop quoted me $35 to replace the fuel line for a chain saw. Once the repair was completed they told me the bill was $109 for replacing the lines and would require another $81 for carb repair. They told me the $35 I was quoted was for diagnostic. I brought two set from Toro online 80.80 with shipping. I call Toro the blades are the same, they could explain why Carthage Saw & Mower was charging so much. For repair I brought in my troy-bilt, they gave a big spill it can't be fixed for under $2500.00, gave it to a customer for parts, he call me back the three days later and offer to return it to me, it had a loose wire and PTO switch and tractor run fine. I'll never set foot in that store again and advise all to stay far far away from it.
