My GE washing machine, just two years old, died. I tech came out, told me it would cost about $600…read moreto repair. So I decided to buy a Speed Queen. Womble was recommended to me. I am thoroughly satisfied with the process, from start to finish. First, Jammie was so helpful, patient, and kind. I had lots of questions and was a nervous buyer. He was outstanding. I was very impressed. My machine was delivered in three days. Elmon and Mike came out for the delivery. They couldn't have been nicer. They called about 30 minutes before, to ensure it was a good time. They were so careful, taking out my old washing machine and bringing in my new Speed Queen. The setup was seamless. They even went above and beyond, to remove the platform I had under my old washing machine. I wanted to keep it. They showed me how to use my new washing machine and ensured I was a satisfied customer before departing. Gosh, I wish all businesses were so well run. I've programmed Womble into my Contacts, and will definitely shop there when in need. 4 gold stars. Thanks, Womble!

Called these guys and they were the only ones answering the phone so they got my business. I needed…read moremaintenance on my Husqvarna automower and you'd be surprised at how difficult that can be to achieve. Chris H came out to my place when nobody else would and he worked hard in the sun to get me right. Maybe 2 hours. He ran diagnostics, did some troubleshooting of his own, but couldn't find the answers. Basically, Husqvarna did away with old sim connections and I needed a 4G board. Another company had installed it but there was no connection. Chris got on the horn with Husqvarna and found out that the boards come ready in AIRPLANE MODE and the company was just finding out this info and being slow with telling this info to their authorized dealers. I'm mentioning that here in case it helps anyone with connection issues. Chris was a top notch wizard, making me an instant fan of him, his work ethic, pleasant demeanor and I'm also now a fan of J E Womble & Sons. A.

Ballash Woodworks is a great, obscure date experience. This unique craftsman's workshop is owned…read moreand operated by Mr. Kurt Ballash and family. Kurt has an interesting story. Check it out on his website @ ballashwoodworks.com. So basically you can book a workshop, via the website, to "hands-on" learn how to build, craft and design a wooden product from raw materials to finished product. This involves picking the materials and using all of the necessary machinery to complete your product. Our niece scheduled this outing for her, her parents, the wife and I (The 4 Amigos) to partake in a couples crafting workshop; thanks JT. Be warned, this experience is not for the faint of heart. You should really be prepared for the following: * If you go in the winter time, you will be cold. So dress accordingly! * This is a real, fully functioning place of work. It is not fancy! So dress accordingly! * If you are weak, clumsy or both, don't go. You can get hurt. (No one was injured during our workshop) * If you are uber sanitary, don't go! Bathrooms would not meet your standards. * If you are unable to stand for long periods of time, don't go! It is mostly standing room only. Now with that being said, if you are adventurous, good with your hands or like to try new things... RUN book your session immediately. Sessions includes access to materials, equipment, guidance from experts and lunch. Think of this experience as Sip and Paint without the paint and certainly without the booze. My group and I had a great time! Kurt and his team of experts were awesome!! To be honest, pictures are worth a thousand words, and that could not be more true than in this case here. Enjoy the photos :) Recommendation level - Very High

The following day I received a message that my order had been cancelled with no explanation. I sent the seller a message asking if it was still available. It was, only now for pickup only. I learned they made a mistake and shipping shouldn't have been offered. OK, but why did I pay for shipping and have it accepted? I'm sure they must have made a mistake but to not even contact me with why my order was cancelled is crappy business practice. They should have sucked it up and shipped it to me anyway to maintain their integrity...no such luck. Just a lousy way of doing business. Avoid!!
