Took it back and told them "This is…read morea ReRun" and he says "REPEAT?" umm.. yea.. we just got it back from you and it doesn't work. 2 weeks later they call and say it's ready and I make sure again they know " This is a ReRun " and he got nasty.. "ReRUN?" umm.. yes... we told you that when we brought it in --- got real quiet.. WELL DO YOU HAVE YOUR TICKET? very nasty.. umm.. yes.. BRING IT WITH YOU ,, click.. dial tone... guess what.. they still charged us ANOTHER $40 to get it back.. NEVER AGAIN! Nasty people that rip ya off!

    This place is is owned and operated by thieves, liars and scammers! They would rather take a…read moreseriously negative review or other actions over doing the right thing than operate an honest business. The owners, Hilda and Dave Horton should have their business license revoked and they should be investigated. They kept and lied about the repairs and service fees and ended up trying to charge me over $100 for a lawnmower worth maybe around $30-40. I asked Dave how much it would cost when I first dropped it off and Dave Horton said ... "Look... I'll have it done as cheapest as possible." That's what Dave said to me and i took it as we both understanding the lawnmower is just a beater mower and not worth much. So they said they ordered a carb kit (carb kits for my mower was around $12-20. on Amazon) and replaced cables with used parts and filled the oil and all that for $130-140?! What!? The mower was around 5-10 years old! Clearly they can not understand and grasp the concept of value and lack the brain power to realize that a new mower would have been far more obvious of an easy decision to make than to pay anyone over $100 to repair a mower worth far less. Why did you even put that much time and money into and old beat up mower without approving with me first. I would have said NO to the repairs and picked it up and tried to fix it myself or could have sold it for parts. But like you said" Oh, well... We'll just sell it". I couldn't believe how easy you said that. Like this is a common practice for you guys and this is said a lot and oh by reading one of the other reviews it does seem like a bad habit you guys have and I bet that's how you have to pay the bills, try and cheat customers to sell there equipment for a bigger profit. You know exactly who this is too! I told you I would write a scathing review of your business. I really hope you guys fail and fall under. Business's like yours deserve to go bankrupt. This review will be posted in multiple forums including reporting to BBB, reddit, ripoffreport.com and wherever else I feel. Thank you for giving me first hand the opportunity to review your business! Edit: Grammar, spelling, whatever. Edit: I'll put money on it they say "hmm...     Bottom line up front - work fine, service and professionalism, terrible…read more Barely a three star. On the plus side, the work done was fine and the convenience of having them pick up my lawn tractor for a reasonable price is great. In the past that would have been the end of the story and a 5 star rating. This time, however, the way business was conducted was not good. First the driver was several hours out of the window to pick up my machine. A quick phone call would have made that fine, I get that schedules get blown up all the time, just let me know when you are running behind. Then the drive picked up the machine without letting us know. Looked out the window and no lawn tractor. Took about 2-3 days to get a response to my messages so I knew that Quality and not some random thief had my tractor. Then the drop off was unannounced, just looked out and saw my tractor. No key. A month and a half later, I'm still waiting for my key. The only communication after the drop off was a bill that showed up a month and a half after the service saying that my account was over 30 days. Hard to pay a bill that you never got. If the driver had checked when dropping off, I'd have gladly paid on the spot. Now they seem to think I'm some kind of deadbeat. Plus, there doesn't appear to be any way to pay on line, so I have to go through the hassle of writing and mailing a check and they have to wait on USPS to deliver, when and if they get around to it.
