These guys told me a price per tire to come out and change my 24.5 semi tires. When they arrived…read morethey were 50% more per tire. I told them we would rather wait until the cheap tires become available on Monday. My driver went into the store to use facilities and while he was gone they towed my truck back to their yard and held it ransom. It was unbelievable! I held out trying to fight it and ended up paying storage fees so nine tires cost me $19,000. They are in with the sheriff in town so don't expect any help from them. These guys are con artist and terrible people. I still have lawyers going after them.

The gentleman who did the detailing, Corey, was very nice! I think in general the work was good. Both vehicles certainly came out looking far better than they were. I did have to use interior wipes to clean up areas that were missed and it didn't seem like a thin attachment on the vacuum was used to get into the tighter spaces at all. Overall, I'm fairly happy with the work and it saved me a lot of time not doing them myself.

Enter CODY and his business "the welding machine." I checked out his website photos. I can tell he has attention to detail and a good set of hands. Not everyone does. Cody spent around 3hrs repairing my wheelchair. He even took the time to add some bracing to strengthen the welding repair. I highly recommend CODY.

I had a wonderful experience yesterday, first with Val, who was so friendly with my husband and me…read more She immediately got on the call with the electrician, Greg, and he came out the same day & earlier than expected. Before even coming out, he wanted to make sure we did everything we could, which sold me, as it shows the company's honesty and integrity, not to come out for things you can do yourself if need be. You get repeat customers like me when you operate that way! Other companies couldn't come out so quickly, and I really love services with a fast turnaround time! Greg was diligent and informative. I learned about the differences between when the light is on and off, and when it has no writing, which means it can turn on in multiple areas. My original issue was fixed; an LED light with two controllers for each section of the house. He was also professional and affable, which really helped, since it was my first time dealing with lighting issues, and he didn't make me feel like my questions were silly! In fact, he explained them and gave examples so I could remember. They offer so many services, including generators! I would definitely call them out again. With 35 years on the job, Greg is what we call true to this, not new to it! Lastly, I believe the value service was worth it! Thanks team! Ps: Everyone has different experiences but let's be reasonable when assessing services. Someone will not do work for you if it causes safety concerns to their employees or you the customer! Safety is first!

I was told they could complete the installation within a month. First they delivered and placed the unit. Everything looked great. Once they called Duke Energy for the power drop we found out it would be a little longer than a month. So it took 6 weeks instead of 4. Hardly anything to worry about! They gave me the install date based on Duke's timing, showed up on time and completed the job more quickly than expected. They were efficient and neat, and left my property in good shape. They tested everything was working properly, showed me the operation details and answered all my questions. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PowerMaster and would use them again, without hesitation.

Jason is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet and I never feel like he is trying to "sell me something". If he says, "you need to....", then you need to do it. Do Not, and I repeat Do Not use this shop! The new owner John Choken is a con and a fraud. This…read moreshop destroyed the engine on my Mercedes CL-600. A mechanic performed work on my car, apparently took my car for a test drive, and I was told that my car stalled out and it will not turn back on. After months of being lied to about the status of car, I decided to take a trip over to the shop, and I saw that the head on my Mercedes CL-600 was missing. Another mechanic, and the shop manager, told me that my engine cylinder walls were seized. I can't ask the mechanic who worked on my car any questions on what happened, because the mechanic quit! My assumption is that the mechanic took my car for a test drive, and did not add any oil to the engine, therefore destroying the motor. I had to remind the shop that you are responsible for my vehicle. At first, the shop did not want to accept responsibility. I had a telephone conversation with John Choken, attempting to come to a resolution. John informed me that "He" will source a replacement engine and will have a mechanic that he trust at his shop perform the installation. I told John that him and his team has done enough damage, and I want my vehicle taken to Mercedes for the necessary repairs. John begins to tell me that I have an outstanding bill on my Mercedes totaling over $5,000 for work that was done prior to his shop destroying the engine. I had to inform John Choken that the work, he alleges that was performed prior to my engine damage cannot be verified. The engine and associated hardware related to my car is destroyed. John agrees and said that he will void any charges associated with my car. When the shop initially told me that my car wouldn't start after the test drive, they informed me that my cars BCM went bad, I had my existing BCM repaired, $400.00 only to feel like a Jackass because the shop all along, knew that my engine was damaged. I have since hired an attorney and my vehicle is still at this shop parked outside, non-operational. Before you even consider going to this shop, please drive by and look at my car rotting away at this shop! Please Stay Away! If anyone out there vehicle was damaged by this shop, please let me know, I will be happy to share my lawyers information with you.
