Jorge, braved my attic with a repair component I had purchased, but the component was not an exact match and getting the system to work as it once did proved to be way too difficult. However Jorge knew what he was doing and suggested removing the remote, and replacing with a wall mounted switch that would eliminate anyone ever having to go into our attic for the ceiling fan ever again.
