It's supposed to be first come first serve, but they started pulling the cars who got there 5-10 minutes after me while I'm still sitting in front of a bay that had a car sitting there that no one was working on, or had even touched the entire time in sitting there. If that's how y'all do business, I'm happy to take my almost $200 worth of business elsewhere and that's exactly what I did. I went 2 minutes down the street to Strickland 10 minute oil change and had the exact opposite experience. They came out and greeted me immediately with a bottle of water, told me immediately it would be about 5 minutes until they could get me, and that's exactly what took place. I was in and out in 15 minutes, they were professional, fast, and a pleasure to deal with. I'll be taking my business there and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone if that's how they handle the customer side of things, I don't want them any near my vehicle.... Y'all should change the name of your business as well because it's false advertising, and you're not even close to meeting the expectations you set for yourselves.

It was an hour and 10 mins until I pulled in the bay. By this time there was a line behind me so know where to go. Several people further back in the line turned around and left. Once I was in the bay I was went to the lobby, I watched the tech just stand in front of the car in the other lane talking on his phone and vaping for over 10 mins, once in a while rubbing his rag on the engine to make it look like he was doing something. In all it was over an hour and a half for an inspection at a 10min oil change place and I was first in line.

They already lost their NC State certifcation to conduct State Safety inspections by a State Inspector that uncovered Nonatos were not following proper procedures, and two of their main employees have found jobs elsewhere. I asked to see the single mechanics certification and they didnt show me so I am suspect on whether he is actually certified by whomever in the state that approves it. Also, there were no cars in any other bays getting worked on and that should be an indicator of a poor service reputation. This Automotive Repair shop will over-charge as they did me for they are not worried about return customers, just what they can squeeze out of us disabled senior veterans. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for an honest and reliable auto repair shop for you wont find it at Nonatos Auto Repair in Sanford NC.
