Jason is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet and I never feel like he is trying to "sell me something". If he says, "you need to....", then you need to do it. He recently talked to me about a potential oil consumption issue, told me what I should consider doing about it and when I returned for my next service, he asked about what I had found out, what the dealer had done and was truly concerned for my well-being. It takes me 45 minutes to drive to IA but it is worth the time, effort and money. I take my car AND my husband's car there and will continue to do so in the future.

A mechanic performed work on my car, apparently took my car for a test drive, and I was told that my car stalled out and it will not turn back on. After months of being lied to about the status of car, I decided to take a trip over to the shop, and I saw that the head on my Mercedes CL-600 was missing. Another mechanic, and the shop manager, told me that my engine cylinder walls were seized. I can't ask the mechanic who worked on my car any questions on what happened, because the mechanic quit! My assumption is that the mechanic took my car for a test drive, and did not add any oil to the engine, therefore destroying the motor. I had to remind the shop that you are responsible for my vehicle. At first, the shop did not want to accept responsibility. I had a telephone conversation with John Choken, attempting to come to a resolution. John informed me that "He" will source a replacement engine and will have a mechanic that he trust at his shop perform the installation. I told John that him and his team has done enough damage, and I want my vehicle taken to Mercedes for the necessary repairs. John begins to tell me that I have an outstanding bill on my Mercedes totaling over $5,000 for work that was done prior to his shop destroying the engine. I had to inform John Choken that the work, he alleges that was performed prior to my engine damage cannot be verified. The engine and associated hardware related to my car is destroyed. John agrees and said that he will void any charges associated with my car. When the shop initially told me that my car wouldn't start after the test drive, they informed me that my cars BCM went bad, I had my existing BCM repaired, $400.00 only to feel like a Jackass because the shop all along, knew that my engine was damaged. I have since hired an attorney and my vehicle is still at this shop parked outside, non-operational. Before you even consider going to this shop, please drive by and look at my car rotting away at this shop! Please Stay Away! If anyone out there vehicle was damaged by this shop, please let me know, I will be happy to share my lawyers information with you.

My driver went into the store to use facilities and while he was gone they towed my truck back to their yard and held it ransom. It was unbelievable! I held out trying to fight it and ended up paying storage fees so nine tires cost me $19,000. They are in with the sheriff in town so don't expect any help from them. These guys are con artist and terrible people. I still have lawyers going after them.

After a single email exchange where we'd agree on a date and time and exactly what was going to be done (in this case it was a routine lighting modification) they went silent and ignored any additional emails. This is not an example of a professional organization whatsoever. I could not recommended this business to anyone that values service along with workmanship because if they can't even communicate, how can they work?

I've tried a couple of other small shops over the years that said they worked on Subarus, but even simple mods had them baffled. Any shop can do a brake job or bolt on an after-market muffler, but if you're driving a Subaru and want to get the maximum performance and longevity out of the engine, you'll want to have it installed right and tuned to match. On top of that they're just really friendly and care a lot about the Subaru brand.

I took it in for tint before work and they had it done in about an hour and a half. When I got to work (5 minute drive) I noticed a ton of scratches that you could only see when the sun shined on them. My husband told me to immediately send them pics so I did. I was told to come back in anytime because they thought they could buff it out. My husband took it a few days later. Had to wait 2 hours to have it looked at (which is fine but was told to come in whenever) and they just handed him the keys without saying a word (same thing they did with me) and he inspected it and it was still scratched!!! So round 3 starts. He is there most the day thankfully can work from anywhere and there is still scratches on it and some glue we were told would go away. It didn't. Then he recommended some film for my front lights to prevent yellowing which I was interested in. So I messaged their fb and it's been over a week of no response!
