I went 2 minutes down the street to Strickland 10 minute oil change and had the exact opposite experience. They came out and greeted me immediately with a bottle of water, told me immediately it would be about 5 minutes until they could get me, and that's exactly what took place. I was in and out in 15 minutes, they were professional, fast, and a pleasure to deal with. I'll be taking my business there and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone if that's how they handle the customer side of things, I don't want them any near my vehicle.... Y'all should change the name of your business as well because it's false advertising, and you're not even close to meeting the expectations you set for yourselves.
