So I sat for another 10 minutes while other customers were pulling in behind. They started getting those people taken care of while I'm still sitting there 15 minutes later...... It's supposed to be first come first serve, but they started pulling the cars who got there 5-10 minutes after me while I'm still sitting in front of a bay that had a car sitting there that no one was working on, or had even touched the entire time in sitting there. If that's how y'all do business, I'm happy to take my almost $200 worth of business elsewhere and that's exactly what I did. I went 2 minutes down the street to Strickland 10 minute oil change and had the exact opposite experience. They came out and greeted me immediately with a bottle of water, told me immediately it would be about 5 minutes until they could get me, and that's exactly what took place. I was in and out in 15 minutes, they were professional, fast, and a pleasure to deal with. I'll be taking my business there and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone if that's how they handle the customer side of things, I don't want them any near my vehicle.... Y'all should change the name of your business as well because it's false advertising, and you're not even close to meeting the expectations you set for yourselves.

It was an hour and 10 mins until I pulled in the bay. By this time there was a line behind me so know where to go. Several people further back in the line turned around and left. Once I was in the bay I was went to the lobby, I watched the tech just stand in front of the car in the other lane talking on his phone and vaping for over 10 mins, once in a while rubbing his rag on the engine to make it look like he was doing something. In all it was over an hour and a half for an inspection at a 10min oil change place and I was first in line.

I called them because of the great review(I think some are from when Sue was across the street). Phone convo was great and I took my truck there. They installed my Trans(let's say Lance put it in and that was that). Picked up my truck drove home. I opened the hood to find my Trans lines cut, dangling around and leaking Trans fluid all over the place. Installation was mediocre at best. My trans cooler was held on by the smallest loose Zip ties. About two extra feet of hose on both sides hanging and clamps on Trans line... NO FLARE. Trans leaking at the yoke..... fast forward to two weeks ago. Brought my truck in 9-08-2026 for the leak that was there when they installed it. They said it was dry and no leak. I begged them to look inside the Tail Shaft housing to see if there was a messed up Yoke Seal.... That's when they threw the "we're the experts" line and we got into an argument. They charged me $375 for warranty work and they NEVER checked the Yoke seal like I asked 9-11-2026. I was P-d off so Monday, 9-14-2026, I called the Trans company and told them my situation.... And what do you know... The Trans Manufacturer told me that MY Transmission is missing...the YOKE SEAL that the S&L Tech knew nothing about, and didn't check like I asked. Trans company sent out the part that I needed and Trans fluid, got it Wednesday 9-16-2026. Trans Company also said take it to a BETTER, CERTIFIED Trans shop. In MY experience it was Shade Tree with a shop. You would get better results going to your local High School shop class. I know there will be a rebuttal.... but I have Receipts...Yes Receipts, Pictures, Videos, Emails some recorded phone convos and a messed up oil stained Driveway that yall can come look at in real time.... today is 9-20-2026...... Avoid this place.
