Mr. Appliance sent a technician to my house to troubleshoot a leak in my dishwasher. The unit still…read moreworked. The technician arrived I informed him that it was leaking. also explained that i had a code i30 months ago but i cleared. Very clearly stated the code is not the issue. He pulled it apart and couldn't find a leak. he had disconnected things. He said it was the pump over $500.00 to replace. I said okay. Instructed technician to put it back together and i will have it replaced at my discretion. He did or i thought he did. It was still pulled out. I told him to leave it so i could still use it, until we could have it replaced. He charged me $120 for the service call. When i went to use the dishwasher it coded i50 and the red light came on the bottom of the dishwasher. Dead on arrival. Never worked again. I call the number and explained his technician did not know what he was doing, he mad my situation untenable. I explained this was not okay, and i requested a refund on my service call. I wasn't mad or yelling and told him to do the right thing. My check was cashed and i never heard back. I do not recommend Mr. Appliance.

This business was hired to install a dishwasher. They installed it without securing the brackets so…read morethe dishwasher was mobile in the counter. I contacted them to fix the issue. He sent a technician named Roy (who no showed 2 times before showing up) from another company called DW appliance, who tried to secure it nailing in brackets but cracked my molding on both sides, left without securing it or even notifying me the job wasn't done. He told me it was secured. Quans retuned today weeks later, after promising me on the phone he would glue and paint the molding. He returned and put brackets on to secure it but did not repair the molding as promised, then stated there's nothing that can be done. Not responsive when asking for a refund. Completely cracked on both sides and looks terrible. Will be contacting yelp and the BBB
