I dropped my brand new iPhone and feared I cracked the screen. I took it to Xcell and it turns out I only cracked the screen protector. They replaced it while I waited and it only cost me $8! Highly recommend! read more

Great crew. Walked in even while they were super busy with repairs. I thought my charging port on my iPhone was broken but they just cleaned it and sent me on my way. 100% would recommend. Will absolutely be coming back with other problems in the future. Thanks guys! read more

XCell Repair Plus really helped me with my seventh generation IPad. The associate was gracious enough to show me how to use the swipe up feature as an alternate way to use the home button. The home button was broken and I didn't know about the swipe up function! So, bottom line: these folks are honest!! if I ever have an issue with my devices; I will head back to XCell Repair Plus! Highly recommend. read more

I went in for an iPhone eight back replacement for a shattered back glass as well as a new battery. The staff was fantastic and the pricing was very reasonable. I couldn't be more happy with the end result. I have been hesitant in the past to have an iPhone repair done, but I'm incredibly happy I decided to do so, and to take my business to them. they did the repair same day and had it completed in just over two hours. I highly recommend them as they are talented and very savvy. Not to mention a very personable and friendly staff. They also give you the choice of using either third-party parts, which are less expensive, or Apple OEM parts. I chose the third-party parts and I'm pleased. but it is very nice to have the choice between the two. read more

They are nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Great shop to get electronic help. Wonderful, fast service.

These guys rock. Took in my phone for a new battery and they had is ready within 30 minutes at a great price. Keep up the great work.

I have used them several times for my smart phone and tablet repair but this time it was to fix my dell computer. Their new location is great and accessible to the places I normally go and they didn't disappoint by giving the same professional, prompt and fast service they had 2 times before. Fixing glass is different then fixing a computer and they showed they were great at computer repair as well read more

I deeply regret taking my phone to be repaired here, not once but twice. The first time I fixed front and back glass for iPhone XS, the front screen cracked after dropping on rug even though they guaranteed the glass was glass from Apple and my Apple glass went 2 years without a scratch. Re-repaired front screen which cracked a few months later. When I took my phone in to a certified Apple repair location, they said I had third party parts in the phone even though I was assured the parts were Apple! My battery was taped on by xcell and is now swelling. I'm so disappointed in their work, customer service and the fact that I spent almost $400 on shoddy parts. Please take your devices to a certified repair shop. read more

It was fast, they were polite, and cost less than other places. I can't imagine needing more than that!

I brought a nintendo switch here to just have the charging post fixed because it was a bit askew (still charged perfectly fine). I specifically asked if it was entirely necessary and they insisted that it was. After I left it with them I received a call informing me that they had accidentally damaged the mother board and had to replace the entire thing. I was told there would be no charge and when I came to pick it up they charged me for the original charging port fee. I asked about being told that there would be no charge and they, "yeah, we aren't charging you for the motherboard" No duh! YOU BROKE IT! No all of the save data and games on the system are lost and the SD Card needs to be reformatted to work. Everything lost and they charged ME! I am making it my personal mission to e sure that none of my clients, friends or family ever use this business. You destroyed my Switch and I payed you $80 for it! read more

Great business. Was very helpful and took his time. My phone was all jacked up and he fixed it. He even took the time to show me what was wrong and I appreciated that. What a great business in our community. I zipped in today, had a new phone battery put in, only $40, and was back out and on my way in 10 minutes. I know they do other great things too. BTW they are at their new location on 15-501 in the center next to Olive Garden and Dickey's BarBQ. read more

Curtis, the owner is THE Best!! He is sooo patient with me and others. What appears to be a disaster to me is handled with ease. He also explains in detail and works very quickly. He is continually learned new technology to further his knowledge. Dane is a relatively new to his office but not new to this work. Both are extremely helpful and kind. Very reasonably priced. Also Military Owned. You Will Not regret this choice. The Best in every way. read more

The man working the counter did not acknowledge me upon entering business continued to talk on his phone with his back to me and did not at any point give me an estimate of how much time I would wait just to speak to him, very unprofessional additionally, he muttered rude comments quietly while I was leaving the business when I approached him about what he said he simply said "I don't know ".....0/10 do not recommend unprofessional and rude read more

Great customer service! I called on a federal holiday to see if they were open. The owner called me back, apologized that they were closed and promised to get my repair done the next day. Professional and extremely timely. Phone was ready to go in the time it was promised. Reasonably priced as well. I had a shattered screen fixed on my iPhone and the touch screen works fantastic. I swear a good screen fix is an art. I am excited about the range of services they offer as well. We will be using them in the future! read more
