Rating: (10/5 Stars) After calling over a dozen computer…read morerepair shops in Raleigh, I was repeatedly told they either didn't solder motherboards or couldn't even look at my issue for at least three weeks and If they would even try and fix it, it would take another two weeks beyond that. Frustrated and out of options, I was on my way to a shop to ship my computer off for two months--already resigned to buying a temporary PC in the meantime. Then, I decided to stop by Undead electronics on the way, and everything changed. Not only could they fix my motherboard, but they evaluated it immediately and told me on the spot whether it was repairable. They even had it ready the same day! I wish I had found this place sooner. The customer service while busy was quick and very friendly. The fact that this was the only place in Raleigh that I could find to solder my battery pin back to the motherboard was surprising, but I am incredibly thankful for their expertise and efficiency. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of fast, high-quality computer repairs.

Mr. Ben called me personally to make sure that he could do everything possible to fix my issue and they did with some bonuses included! I will most definitely recommend anyone that has issues with with their electronics to use this company! As I stated in my previous review, I had no issues with their professionalism nor customer service. The gentleman that work here were fantastic! And special shout out to Mr. Ben, the owner! Blessings to you! I'm going to leave my previous review below For context --------------- I'm only giving 3 stars because I am a Mac User. My general experience was good with this company... it's just that I found out after paying and bringing my new drive home (but not being able to seamlessly access my data), tthat they don't have a mac in office. My new drive was formatted to Windows (although I'd already formatted it for compatibility with my macbook). While i can read the data, I can not actually open my Adobe libraries or programs, nor can i partition the drive because of the way it was set up. I will update my review upon final resolution.

I was working on a project for a Christmas gift. Every place I called could not get my sewing machine back to me for weeks. In my search I ran across this company which ended up being in a house in South Raleigh. He assured me he could get it to me the next day. I was elated and took it to this foreigner who gave me a card with Fox Sewing Machine and Repair call (209) 420-5084 on it. I had one problem: The needle would not stop going up and down when I locked the wheel to reload my bobbin with thread. When I got it home, the problem was still there. I took it back the next day. On the second pick up he stated he changed a round rubber ring in the wheel and demonstrated that it worked. I took it it home and sat down to finish my project with great anticipation. Oil was coming out on the table; the wheel wouldn't stay locked when I needed to reload the bobbin and the top tension won't stay where I put it. It was a mess! Every few stitches I had to reset the tension. It took forever between resetting the tension and trying to get the sweet spot that locks the wheel that might lock one time and not the next. Eventually it would not lock at all. I ended up having to get a new machine. I wasted $100 on this man.

The guy who answered the phone let us know that he could fix the issue and have it done within 20 minutes. We came to the location right away and located Curtis who was the gentleman that was going to help With my phone. The suite/office is located inside of a building. The location has a lobby waiting area, however Curtis let my daughter and I wait in the office as he fixed my phone. He told me and showed me how my battery had extended (physically it was making my screen bulky), which was contributing to my battery life being horrible with my phone. He literally was done fixing it within 20 minutes and the phone's battery was at 77% once he was done fixing it - so I didn't have to wait to be able to use it. He was knowledgeable, kind and quick. I would return for other services and would recommend him/RDU cell phone repair to others in need of services. I paid around $75 and they accept digital payment. They also buy devices as well! Thank you, Curtis for fixing my phone!

I called on Sunday 4/14 at 2:30 pm to inquire about getting my phone repaired. I was told I could drop off the phone and pick it up Monday 4/15 for a 24 hour repair. The store associate confirmed he had the phone part so I dropped of my phone that afternoon at 3:30pm. Monday at 5:30 I stopped by to pick up my phone and the store associate said they were waiting on a part, and it wasn't ready but would be ready Tuesday early afternoon. I called Tuesday (before driving out there) at 11:00 am and was told the shipment still hadn't arrived but it would in the next hour and my phone would be ready to pick up that evening before close. I drove by that evening around 6:30 pm and I was told "im sorry ma'am but your phone isn't ready" - they had not started. The store associate said it would now be ready "Wednesday morning when we open". I asked for a specific time, and I was told 10 or 10:30. Wednesday morning 4/17 I called at 10:30am and asked for the status. I was told "in the next 30 to 1 hour". At 11:30 I drove to pick up my phone and the associate said "im sorry ma'am but your phone isn't ready. It will be another hour." At this point, I asked for my phone back and I told the man I would take it somewhere else. He said he couldn't do that because he already started the repair. I said, I don't care - give me the pieces and ill take it somewhere else. He said no. I told him I refused to pay, and he said then "you won't get your phone then". At this point I decided to wait in the store until he finished. I waited for about 50 minutes until my phone was done. I was offered no accommodation or discount. I will never ever do business with you again and I will never recommend it to anyone else. On a positive note the phone seems to be repaired fine and the price was reasonable.
