Today we have a leak in our dishwasher and I sent him a text message. Within minutes he called me and he was helping me troubleshoot the problem. Turns out I probably need a New machine instead of a repair. That is based on the age of the machine and leak issue. Steve spent nearly 20 Minutes on the phone with me helping me troubleshoot and diagnose the issue. I have not experienced many appliance repair folks who will spend that amount of time helping someone- knowing that they might not even need his services. He goes above and beyond the call of duty and lives by a motto of customers come first. Steve, thanks for all you do to help customers!!

She asked me when was the last time I cleaned the dryer vent with in the house. What?!? John taught me what to look for going forward. He was able to clean my unit out which was pretty extended of 33 feet, due to the way the house was constructed. John said that we made the top 10 list of the amount of lint and dog hair that came out of our system, over a 5 gallon bucket!!!!!!!; which consisted of Over 21 years of not knowing, the longest we have ever stayed in one house, many dogs, two kids and an active family life. John was professional, and personable. He provided more education on how often to clean, signs to look for if cleaning is needed sooner. He was very comfortable working while I watched. I'm looking forward to seeing John in two years and hopefully we will be off the Top Ten List with our new knowledge of what to do.

Back on December 18, 2025, I wrote a critical review of I-Fix Appliances. In short, I did not have a good experience with them. That said, the company reached out to me via email and apologized for the unfortunate series of events. They completely owned the problem. Further, they offered to financially compensate me for the ordeal, refunding me the original service call fee I paid them, as well as additional monies for my inconvenience. I don't write a lot of reviews, and it's certainly not in my nature to offer a "negative" one towards a company. However, when an outfit such as I-Fix goes out of their way to "make things right" with a customer, I'm certainly going to recognize the gesture and praise them for it. This is how a good business operates. I appreciate their professionalism and how they handled an unfortunate situation. read more

We have an issue with out Dryer over heating , and as a family of 5 its difficult to not have a working dryer for long. Vladyslav from Ifix was prompt and communicated very well! He actually came out twice, as I believe my family really overworked our dryer and there was more than one thing wrong (oops). He got it up and running and gave some great advice on how to avoid this situation again. He didn't over charge and I definitely had trust in him. We've had repairs done for other appliances ( different companies) before where we felt we were taken advantage of, so it was refreshing. We will definitely use them in the future! I had an issue with my washing machine and i called Ifix Appliances. They gave me an appointment for the next day within a 4-hour bracket. The repair person, Anton, arrive at the beginning of the 4 hours, immediately began a diagnostic process, found the ause of the problem (which was a defective part), replaced it, and had completed the repair within 1 hour. I can highly recommend Ifix Appl. and Anton for their professionalism and courtesy, and promptitude. I had an excellent experience getting my oven repaired. The technician arrived right on time, quickly identified the issue, and explained everything to me in simple terms. He replaced a faulty heating element, checked the wiring, and even cleaned up the area before leaving. The oven now heats up perfectly and cooks evenly, just like when it was new. We called Ifix Appliances and was able to speak to a real person. There was a very loud noise coming from our refrigerator. My wife thankfully recorded the noise, because when Roman came it had stopped. But when Roman listened to it he knew immediately that it was the fan with heavy ice build up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They charges in 550.00 to supposedly tighten the water supply line of our…read morefridge. They were also suppose to apply sealant around the gasket. We just found out that the water supply line was NEVER tightened NOR did the plumber use sealant to seal the gasket. SO, we have major water damage to the floors, baseboards, mold, etc. I spoke to the manager and he was combative and told me it was base the 90 day warranty! The water was leaking in the walls and into the crawlspace so we had no idea this was happening. No recourse, no apology! Also, I don't fault people for not speaking English BUT if you are doing BUSINESS, the people who answer the phone should be able to understand you. NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
