The gentleman who did the detailing, Corey, was very nice! I think in general the work was good. Both vehicles certainly came out looking far better than they were. I did have to use interior wipes to clean up areas that were missed and it didn't seem like a thin attachment on the vacuum was used to get into the tighter spaces at all. Overall, I'm fairly happy with the work and it saved me a lot of time not doing them myself.

I could have easily had it towed for free to any nearby auto shop; however, it was necessary to get my car serviced by the best. The extra $82 out-of-pocket towing expense was worthwhile, and in less than two (2) hours, Mike and his team had replaced the starter, and I am on the road again! When it comes to utmost quality, reliability, affordability, and above all genuine car and customer care, it simply doesn't get any better than Auto Link International!

When I returned to address the issue, I expected the staff to help verify the defect and process an exchange or warranty claim. Instead, I felt like I was being treated as though I was trying to scam the store or obtain something for free. The employees were dismissive, rude, and unwilling to listen to my concerns regarding the defective part. This was after commercial hours. I understand that stores have policies regarding returns and warranty claims, but there is a professional way to handle those situations. Being treated with suspicion and disrespect simply because a part was defective is unacceptable. I have shopped at AutoZone many times before, but this experience has seriously affected my confidence in this location's customer service.

I stopped on the exit to check the oil levels and hopefully add a little oil in order to get back on the road, but the engine was making a loud ticking noise. There was smoke coming from the engine bay and oil sprayed all the way up the back window of the car. That's when I decided that it was best to leave it there and have it towed to the nearest automotive shop. Thankfully, JT&AS was no more than 7 miles away from where I was stranded. Not only was I in the right place at the right time, but JT&AS is a shop that I'll begin going to regardless of the other shops that are closer to my home in Raleigh. The service was impeccable. Honest, timely and thorough are only a few ways to describe JT&AS. If you're ever in the area, or better yet, just make the drive to go to JT&AS because you won't be disappointed.
